    Being assured that this problem would the fixed yesterday.And what do you know, it's saturday?And nobody's there to answer any questions.

    Was told as a customer that there had been problems with the Monterey credit union app. They said it would be working at the end of the day that was yesterday. I had to uninstall reinstall the app. That is still not working. When I try to log in from the website, it locked me out since it's a Saturday nobody is there. To help can't see my money. Don't know where my money is.Worse service ever do not bank here.

    Paid in full yet they sent my vehicle the very next day to the auction house called Manheim

    They steal from widows and the dead…read more When my husband died last year, they started draining his account with fees and won't let allow his estate to close the account or otherwise protect this asset. They have withheld information and failed to send notification letters and have been sending statements to the wrong location, even though they have been informed of all this. They are taking every opportunity to delay and deny, and they dragged their feet for 2 months to "investigate". I followed up with official complaints, but after 2 months, Wells Fargo claims they acted within the constraints of what's legal, and they make no mention of basic human decency. The man is dead and they are busy picking over whatever they can while keeping the family at arm's length. They refused to pause the fees while they conducted the investigation and refuse to stop or allow the estate to handle this. It's pretty clear they intend to take every last dime, and my guess is then they'll assess fees for having a zero balance, take the account negative, and then charge overdraft fees to the estate. **there are no ethical boundaries for these people**. This is the most disgusting behavior I have ever seen from a financial institution, and I'm no Pollyanna - I'm genuinely astonished at the audacity and the lack of shame. I feel like I need to wash just driving past the branch. If you work here, shame on you. Does your mother know you steal from widows and the dead?

The inept, incompetent customer service phone reps in the Mortgage Department here will cost you hours of your time on the phone correcting their mistakes and driving to the nearest branch to make mortgage payments that are mishandled over the phone. You also get emails threatening late payment penalties & fees after their employees mishandle your checking account number. Bank here if you want your finances messed with and time wasted.

Six weeks ago I tried to add my 96-year-old mother as a member, and she was denied membership. NFCU's based their denial on the Patriot Act (terrorism). I filed an appeal and re-applied for my mother to become a member and she was denied a second time. Every time I call NFCU they refuse to talk to me about it. This has been going on for the past six weeks. I wrote a letter to the CEO of NFCU, the National Credit Union Association, and the Department of Housing with regard to the denial was unjustified, discriminatory, and violated the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. My mother was trying to become a member so she could apply for a Home Equity Line of Credit on her home. My mother's home is worth two million dollars, she owes nothing to her home, and she has excellent credit. Yet despite my attempts to reach out to everyone, I have heard nothing. I even tried reaching out to broadcast news to see if they would be interested in airing my story, and so far nothing but crickets. What is ironic is despite their website inviting family members to become members they refused my 96-year-old mother. This is proof we live in one of the most dysfunctional societies of our time with absolutely no accountability to obeying the laws of the land. The next step in this process is Chaos.
