You'd barely know it was there, as it is dwarfed by the Portola Hotel, and almost blends in with the adjacent parking garage. But don't overlook this strategically placed branch nor the helpful folks who work there. Pricilla and her boss the branch manager helped me out of a sticky situation. There is a genuine quality about these folks I think you will appreciate. I sure did. If you see Pricilla at the tellers window tell her the guy who brought her flowers to thank her for her exemplary customer service says "Hi".

The staff from Sue down to her tellers, I have always received 5 star treatment. It's with a sad heart that I am discontinuing my banking relationship with them but I moved out of the Monterey area to Los Banos where they don't have a branch. I can't recommend this bank enough. It gives you a small hometown feeling from the minute you walk into the branch and every one greets you by your first name and if you're are bringing in a fur-baby, they generally know its name and offers it a treat. I am with a bank here in Los Banos which has started out with a 5-star rating. They also greet you by name and make you feel very comfortable.
