I know exactly what I owe & what the coverage is because the info is fully transparent & simple to understand. Most recently, I had to file a claim after an auto accident. I submitted pics & succinct details to my agent via email. Within a few hours, I was contacted via email / phone / txt about my claim & everything related to it. A week later, my car is at a reputable shop for repairs & I have a safe rental vehicle from Enterprise. Each entity has provided follow up communication so I know what is happening at every step. The only downside is that my premium increased because the accident was (mostly) my fault. Dang. I understand that this is a consequence based on risk, so I accept my penance. I will add that I can pay annually, quarterly, or monthly. Farmers makes it easy for me to meet my financial requirement.
