When I was hacked last year, the manager quickly took care of every issue, and I was quickly on with my day. When I recently needed a new debit card, the cashier at the counter printed one out immediately. My brother banks with Wells Fargo, and his replacement debit card took TWO WEEKS to arrive in the mail. I cannot for the life of me understand those ONE STAR reviews!
