He was busy serving another customer, which through no fault of his took more than twenty minutes as he was already helping him as I arrived. OK, a twenty minute wait for a transaction that took 30 seconds to complete. I'm writing this because there were two other bank personnel who helped people with transactions that needed more than teller services, both of whom walked passed me several times. They saw me standing there for a protracted period but neither acknowledged me. Had they recognized my wait or tried to help in some way, I would not be writing this. But they didn't. The lone teller, looked up after a while understanding that I was waiting for him. In his defense, when I stepped up to the counter, he apologized and thanked me for waiting.
