I worked in a bank for 7 years and the importance of good customer service was drilled into our heads. It really irks me when I do not receive it, esp at a bank. Be nice to your customers, smile, ask them how they are, then ask them if there is anything else you can help them with, then thank them and tell them to have a great day! He was busy serving another customer, which through no fault of his took more than twenty minutes as he was already helping him as I arrived. OK, a twenty minute wait for a transaction that took 30 seconds to complete. I'm writing this because there were two other bank personnel who helped people with transactions that needed more than teller services, both of whom walked passed me several times. They saw me standing there for a protracted period but neither acknowledged me. Had they recognized my wait or tried to help in some way, I would not be writing this. But they didn't. The lone teller, looked up after a while understanding that I was waiting for him. In his defense, when I stepped up to the counter, he apologized and thanked me for waiting. He is the only employee who did right by your corporation and you call yourselves The Convenience Bank.

Signed me up for my account including credit card and overdraft protection…read more Activated the accounts and later on I wrote a check not sure if a deposit had hit my account yet. Didn't matter because I already had a $2000 overdraft account. They evidently didn't activate the overdraft account and were charging me od fees. Spoke to a Manager in another branch that said he would call me back immediately when he found out what happened. Never called me back. Went out of the country and tried to use my cc and debit card AFTER I informed the bank and cc part that I was out of the country and wanted to use my cards. They said "all is taken care of". Proceeded to get declined a 2 different places on both cards. Came back to the US and went into my original branch to talk to the branch manager who apologized for everything. She said she PROMISED she would call me back by 5:00 the same day with an answer to what happened with my overdraft protection. Still waiting 2 weeks later.
