My first instinct is to tip 17% and tell the server her boss took part of her tip. Goodness gracious restaurant owners!!! Charge $12.59 for your $10.95 chicken salad wrap and stop adding one more level of complexity to the process. It's not a lot of money but a silly little add-on line item to the bill for using a standard method of payment is, in principle, ridiculous.

I had to go to the bar to find out what other beers were available and found many others. Other than not knowing what beers, our server was very pleasant and delivered food quickly. Food was served warm and fresh. Baby back ribs were Excellent and not overcooked or reheated. Almond crusted fish was crunchy and thin, very disappointing for $22.
