    Holiday cheer

Booked a reservation for tea with my mom after the holidays. Our day trip would not have be complete without a sip of tea and a nibble. Charolettes welcoming ambience was tailored to the holidays with time period class and elegant Christmas cheer. Delicious assortment of sandwiches perfectly balanced with tea selections. Lovely seating arrangement for guests to share and make connections over small talk while we sip out tea. Overall, the staff and service was impeccable. Would like to come back when the porch is open. Warrick NY is truly over the hills and through woods. This area has to be the best kept secret on the NY NJ state-line with what looks like an awesome lake community during the summer. But a hop and skip from the Ramapo trail head, for a nature hike and roll into town of Warrick for a stroll of shops and restaurants.

Went for something different, and got a great experience. The place itself is so charming and on point with the theme. Service was fast and attentive. Tea was great, split a large pot between 2 people along with scones and sandwiches. I left full and would definitely go back.

I love the cute decor of this place!! I can see myself coming back here for a tea party with my friends. The customer service was superb! Shoutout to Logan. They have a great selection of teas and pastries. My friends and I had two orders of Tea for Two to share with blueberry scones, Earl Grey Supreme and Ceylon and India. The teas were great but we thought the scones were dry. I kind of wished they served cream instead of regular milk for the teas but that's just me nit-picking.

    Ambiance

The ambiance is appropriate and cute for a traditional tea. The people working there are nice and accommodating. We had tea for five people and our bill was over $200 and automatically charged a tip. It was not busy, and we had a wonderful time. I did feel there could be improvement on the quality of the food. The bread (specifically the croissant) was not fresh and the cucumber sandwich and the egg salad sandwiches lacked seasoning. Overall, the experience was nice.

Beautiful old house with lots of antique touches, I expected more of a decor but it was nice, each room is decorated differently. I've wanted to come here awhile and glad I did but my fantasy was better. The food was ok nothing spectacular, everything needed salt or sugar. Had the Chinese flower tea and that was blah. The four stars is for the servers which made everything better.

Such a cute gem in Warwick. This tea room is in a big old house, with each room decorated differently. I've been here countless times, and I love it each time. You can come for afternoon tea, scones, and sandwiches - but they also have hot entrees and salads as well. This would be a great spot for birthday parties, bridal showers, etc!

My daughter and I have been to Charlotte's Tea Room many times and love it. The Quiche always tastes wonderful. Charlotte's has a delightful assortment of salads and tea sandwiches. We also love the assortment of teas. We love the desserts and are partial to the toasted pound cake. We also love the way the owners decorate the restaurant throughout the year. We will definitely be back.

Good food, good company!! Wonderful way to spend a fall afternoon in NY!!

Nice relaxing lunch with a friend. Love coming during the week so you can sit anywhere and stay as long as you want. Weekends are always busy and crowded!

I love this place. Staff is friendly and tea sandwiches are amazing. I never liked scones but, theirs are just perfect, served warm, not dried out and the right amount of sugar. This is my favorite tea house.

The feast is served at the tea room!

The service was fast and friendly, and the inside is SO cozy and cute. I really enjoyed sitting down inside the grill, as it felt like we were sitting in a small english cafe. As for the menu, they have lots of hot and cold sandwich options, any of which can be turned into a wrap. Each sandwich comes with two small sides. I ordered the Chipoltle Chicken Sandwich, with sides of macaroni salad and pickles. I also ordered a halloween cookie. My sandwich was incredibly tasty and i love how warm it was when it came out. I asked for extra chipotle sauce and they delivered it free of charge. The only down side is that the sides were very small. My husband also ordered the Southwest Chicken and we did not enjoy this sandwich as much. Overall a great experience and we will defnitely be heading back to sit outside!

The store itself was nearly empty when I walked in, which normally feels like a good sign -- no rush, no chaos, plenty of time to get the order right. Apparently that was far too optimistic of me. I ordered a medium iced coffee, light and sweet (4 cream, 4 sugar) and a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant. My total came to $10.15, which at this point I'm sadly used to paying, so I didn't think much of it. I grabbed my food and drink and went back to my car, ready to head out. That's when the experience truly unraveled. First, the coffee. I took one sip and nearly gagged. It tasted like someone brewed the coffee using the tears of overworked baristas and then forgot every ingredient that makes it drinkable. The "light and sweet" part of the order was apparently treated as more of a vague suggestion than an actual instruction. Instead of the usual creamy, sweet Dunkin iced coffee, I was handed a cup of what tasted like straight bitter coffee concentrate -- as if the cream and sugar were merely whispered to from across the room. Then I opened my bacon, egg, and cheese. Calling it a "sandwich" feels generous. The croissant had clearly gone through some sort of traumatic event during assembly. The bacon was sliding off to one side, the egg was halfway hanging out of the bread, and the cheese... oh, the cheese. The cheese was a cold, stiff, perfectly square slice, sitting on top like it had just come directly from the refrigerator and had never even seen heat. This is supposed to be a hot breakfast sandwich, yet somehow the cheese remained completely unmelted, like it was protesting the entire operation. But the real moment that sealed the deal happened while I was still inside. A kind EMS worker came in and picked up coffees for himself and his partner. He waited patiently while the employee finished making my food. Once she was done, he politely said, "Excuse me, do you have any napkins?" -- genuinely one of the most normal and reasonable requests a person could make in a coffee shop. The employee looked at him as if he had personally insulted her entire family lineage and snapped, "Well I don't have napkins." The tone was so unnecessarily rude that the poor guy looked completely caught off guard. It was one of those moments where everyone around silently thinks, ...what is your problem? This man was nothing but polite, and the response he got was pure attitude. All in all, this was a surprisingly terrible experience. Dunkin is usually my go-to -- I've had great coffee and food from countless other locations. But between the coffee that tasted like liquid regret, the breakfast sandwich that looked like it was assembled during an earthquake, and the incredibly rude customer service, this location managed to turn a simple coffee run into a full-blown disaster. Needless to say, I will absolutely be driving the extra few minutes to literally any other Dunkin next time.

Even when the place does not seem very busy, it still takes them forever. Don't waste your money. I'm sad to post this because when DD first came to Warwick it was a really decent Dunkin' Donuts. It's pretty clear that the staff are unmotivated and untrained. How can you work in a food place and not wipe the counters? I stood there and watched them put order after order onto a soaking wet filthy counter. Gross.

Tea offerings are plentiful and loose tea brewed. Very authentic! We each got a different flavor of tea under the advice of our wonderful server Dana! Because tea pots are bottomless we were able to sample and share a variety! Highly recommend their Windsor blend as well as the peppermint teas. Soup and quiche of the day were delicious to say the least. Warm creamy tomato bisque and fluffy broccoli cheese quiche started us off. Followed in a timely but not rushed second course of a three tiered tea plate filled with perfectly executed sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam and dainty bite size sweet treats. Crustless, finger sandwiches were filled with creations like the Queen's coronation chicken salad, egg salad, and apple cheddar salad, strawberry cream cheese and cucumber slices. Heavenly! Fresh baked scones were light and fluffy inside and buttery and lightly crisp on the outside. Dainty sweet treats included butterscotch mousse, salted caramel macrons, butterfly tea cakes and caramel chocolate shortbread. Portions are plentiful but not overwhelming.
