I texted to follow up and never even got a response

I can't speak for their training skills because I never got that far. I filled out an inquiry online and someone reached out rather fast to set up a phone consultation. We set a time for 4 days in advance to have consultation and they completely blew me off. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would be weary of spending 100s of dollars on a company with this business practice.

We have a Cane Corso Italian Mastiff who was very people shy. Kira definitely needed some socialization and Dog Wizard was perfect for that! We signed her up for puppy preschool which we got a coupon from living social so it was very affordable. They have a huge warehouse where they have 10-15 min puppy play time then each session they choose a different area to focus on whether is agility, obstacles (fears) and recall. It took Kira several classes and constant training to get comfy. All the trainers were awesome and were very helpful! They knew Kira's limits and were willing to try different things to get her moving forward in her fear of humans. We have graduated from puppy preschool and recommend it to everyone who has puppies! Kira is still shy around new people but hasprogressed immensely! Thank you Dog Wizard!!

Listening in class

We have completed our 3rd puppy preschool with our almost 3 month old Alaskan Malamute and already excited about what Lightning, my sons and I have learned and experienced... I highly recommend The Dog Wizard Puppy Preschool for every family with a new puppy.. The socialization with other puppies and people and objects.. And the tips and tricks. My favorite so far is the wooden spoon/electrical tape Lickidty stick to help with our walks (vs tugs) The staff are so nice and helpful and looking forward to Tuesday nights and Saturday afternoons for the next 3 months!!

We took our Shepherd there 2 years ago for the stay over program and she came back a better version of herself.

We missed him like crazy and worried about how he was feeling. Dennis actually had us come in halfway through, showed us what Carson had been learning, and said something that I keep thinking about: Carson wasn't missing us. Not because he doesn't love us, but because dogs live in the now. He was busy, focused, doing his thing. We felt so much better after that. Carson came home happy and calm and confident. He understood the rules and felt good about it. And he wasn't (as our son put it) a "bot" now - he was the same sweet and goofy pup but now, he could follow instructions and maintain self control when we needed him to. The staff were also straight with us about the fact that he'd have setbacks. That's normal. They spent a lot of time explaining what you do when it happens. In fact, they spent almost an entire day with all the families at graduation - going over what the dogs learned, getting you hands on practicing how to do it, answering questions, and really teaching a ton of helpful information. We're about to set up our in-home training visit, which will be for all of us, including our three kids - really great to get everyone aligned with Carson's training. The Dog Knowledge is fantastic! We are members now and plan to board our dog with them whenever we go on vacation. I cannot imagine trusting any place like we trust them.

I can't say enough good things about Off Leash K9 Training! Our trainer, Lindsey, was incredibly…read moreknowledgeable and made the entire process fun and engaging for both me and my pup, Ashe. Ashe at 6 months of age can be a bit of a handful , but Lindsey took the time to understand his behavior and tailored the training to his needs. After just two weeks, we noticed Ashe's confidence soar. Ashe is now much better behaved at the park, and he's responding wonderfully to commands like "sit," "place," "heel," and "come." This is the second dog I put through Off Leash K9 Training, and they truly help build trust between you and your pup. It allows you to take your pup into the world and enjoy life rather than sitting at home alone. I also love how Lindsey emphasizes the importance of consistency and makes sure we're practicing the right way at home. I feel so much more confident as a dog owner, and Ashe seems happier too! I highly recommend Off Leash K9 Training of Charlotte to anyone looking to strengthen the bond with their dog and improve both their quality of life and behavior!

She edited her videos so we could see a lot of what they worked on each day. Claire really understood Shadow and his needs. At pick up, she did a great job explaining everything to us, guiding us on how to follow through at home, and loving on Shadow one last time. You could tell he was sad to leave her. Claire was so encouraging and loving towards him. Shadow's been home less than a week and because of Claire, he is behaving so much better. He's been able to off leash and not jump on people he's greeting. Thank you so much Claire and Off Leash K9 Charlotte!

The staff is amazing and really loves the dogs. I have the app where you can watch the dogs via live stream and it's hilarious to tune in and see my dogs' dopey face. Thor had a few weeks last year where I was dropping him off multiple times a week due to being back in the office. I couldn't find him on the cameras, there are a few blind spots, but usually see him a couple times a day. Before I could even ask if something was going on, they pulled me aside when I picked him up and mentioned he was acting a bit anxious and subdued and just not himself. They told me it could be he is just overwhelmed going to daycare more than he is generally used to. After a vet visit (not necessary at all... Lol) and a couple weeks at home he was begging to go back to Daycare. Turns out he really just does get overwhelmed sometimes. Me too buddy! I came in to grab my husky end of last year and the staff member let me know that he was getting a bit overwhelmed again and may need a week or two at home. I loved that they noticed and told me again before I could even inquire. The staff really cares about the dogs and it shows!

Before they start attending on a daily basis, they need to do a meet and greet. It took us about 3 months to finally get an appointment for our pup. This lasts about 15 minutes and is just to make sure your dog would fit in well. They put him in a room and slowly introduced other dogs to see how they did together. They have cameras with TVs on the lobby so I could watch and see exactly what was going on. He passed! So we could start sending him. They have rooms based on the dogs size. My puppy is just under a year old, so he is in the puppy room!! They are priced around the same as other places we have visited and offer a discount per day for the more days you purchase at once. They also offered a discount (I think it was 20%) if I purchased days the same day as his meet and greet. They also sell dogs toys, treats and food in the lobby. My doggy always comes home exhausted, so you know that's a good sign of a great day! The workers are so nice and love on our puppy just as much as we do! They know him by name and are always so excited when we walk up with him, which makes him more excited to go and is a nice personal touch! My favorite things about dogs all day: 1. You don't have to make a reservation. A lot of times we don't decide until the night before or morning of that we need/want to take Norman. Other places where you have to reserve a space for, are typically booked by that point so it's so nice that we don't have to worry about that and can just bring him in. 2. They have cameras that you can access via app (you do have to pay a monthly fee of a couple dollars for the phone app), or for free on their website, or via the TVs in the lobby. It's always fun to access the camera during the day and see how he's doing! 3. They are mostly outside They also do boarding and grooming, but we have never used them for that. Highly recommend dogs all day!!!!!
