Crepe places are hard to find. When I see them, I eat them. That's just how I was raised. As I entered the mall to see a movie, I looked down below and saw this place in the hallway. I saw the crepe machine and had to convince my gf and son to also go eat there. The service isn't the quickest but that's because they make each crepe on the spot and have an assembly line of things each employee does to finish the crepe off. I ended up getting 3 for the 3 of us. Everything tasted great. I wish more of these types of places were in this area. We need more crepes and less fast food! read more

We ordered the Savory Crepe with Smoked Salmon, Avocado, and Swiss and they ran out of avocado but let us substitute with cucumber and tomato instead. We also got the Waffle with Fresh Strawberry. This place is almost like a kiosk but has the best coffee at Tysons Corner Mall, and the near vicinity. Trust me, I tried a lot of places as I lived nearby. Paul at Tysons Galleria is a decent option as well as Peets coffee if you're into chains. Of course there are Starbucks nearby as well but those are a last resort for me. Why is this place fabulous? 1. Coffee is on point. It isn't a gamble if whether the barista will make the coffee properly. The handcrafted drinks are not as sweet as Starbucks but just right. If you like your coffee at Starbucks sweet levels, this is not the place for you. 2. The prices are much more reasonable and they don't even force you to tip through the payment option like literally every other coffee establishment in Northern VA or anywhere really. It says that Yelpers reported this closed but I was there today and it was most definitely open. Honestly I wish they would have the electronic tip option b/c their service is superb. 3. Laurent and his wife are the nicest and remember us everytime we go. (We go pretty often haha) I'm not surprised that it has lasted even through Covid, unlike so many other pop ups and the like at Tysons Corner. 4. Crepes are good too if you want a treat! We randomly stopped at this vendor in Tyson's... While we had hoped to do a bit of birthday shopping and grab a bite to eat for brunch, we didn't plan very well, and Charlotte Artisanal was the only eatery open that early on Saturday morning. In this case, our poor planning worked out to our advantage. The line was short, and the staff members were both friendly and efficient. the food and coffee were delicious. We couldn't believe such delicious items were produced at a food stand. The birthday boy decided to order a sweet crepe, and I chose a savory one. The portion sizes were larger than we expected, and we had more than enough to share while still enjoying our fill. The seating area was small and open to the mall; however, this didn't bother us as we were the only customers that chose to sit and eat/drink, and the mall was still relatively empty. There are many family owned businesses out there that provide a unique taste you can't find anywhere else. Charlotte Artisanal does exactly that with their fantastic food and great customer service. I had originally stopped here to get my sister some food and she ordered a ham and cheese crepe. The open bar kiosk setting of this restaurant allows you see exactly how your food is made. After watching the mm carefully craft her food the smell was everywhere. It was absolutely amazing and prompted me to purchase my own crepe filled with ham, smoked turkey, and cheese. It came out in a timely manner and tasted amazing. The savory fillings balanced out the sweetness of the crepe and blended together to make an exceptionally unique taste. The crepe was also rather large and filling so I thoroughly enjoyed the food. In addition to the wonderful meal the business appeared to be family owned and the two men behind the counter were very helpful in answering all the questions I had about the menu. They even went as far as to suggest things to me based on what I would usually eat. WARNING: Beware of a scam that these guys are running inside the Tysons Corner Mall. Last night, 1/23/2019, I was seated in one of the paid massage chairs. A lady and her child approached me with a handwritten placard asking for money. I didn't have cash, so she then pointed at the crepe stand ans asked me if I would buy a crepe for her little girl (Warning Sign #1). I said yes, and walked to the counter. When I got to the countrr, she then had to an older lady and another you girl join us (Warning Sign #2). The first lady then asked if I would also buy a crepe for the other girl (Warning Sign #3). I paid for two crepes, and then sat down in the waiting area. The gentlemen in the area was talking to the group of 4 in another language, and kept eyeing me, and the smallest girl referred to the man as Papa several times. After about 5 minutes, he started making the crepes while still eyeing me. He then packaged the two crepes into a box and handed them to the family. A few steps down the hallway, and the lady tossed the box in the trash. In total, I ended up paying $This is really unfortunate. Mall needs to tighten security. read more

Even though it looks like a normal chain restaurant at the mall, it is owned by a French chef. Their crepes' recipe are simple yet delicous.
