Service is very kind and friendly. The Shed itself is pretty cool. Drive-thru only, but the outside is fun! It is a wet sauce not a dry rub. The chicken was a bit chewy, fried enough to be flakey. It's served in a small square dish which made it awkward to eat with a knife & fork. Being the sauce is wet, it's a mess to think this is finger food. The Den is great for families, kids are certainly welcomed and there's live entertainment on Saturday night. The young server was so apologetic, but management never came to apologize or check on what happened. Not only is this HORRIBLE customer service, but it's also a bad way to manage your staff. We knew it wasn't her fault and would not take it out on her, but the female manager and the male cook should have checked on the guests. We tried it and won't be returning.
