I am a coffee purist and will order plain coffee, especially the first time. So I asked if they had drip coffee which the server looked at me confused and said yes after a few seconds. So I told her I would like two larges and she told me $6 and to pull around the building. It took a little while before the coffees came out and when I went to take my first drink I was expecting a little tinge from being hot but boy was I wrong- there wasn't even a little steam coming from the cups and could have been served as iced coffee and no one would know the difference. I also didn't get a receipt, and after contacting the company in two different avenues I got one for $6.50 I gave the company time to contact me back and try to rectify my poor experience but never did they reply. I will not return and will drive further for my coffee.

In addition they used a strong scented cleaner that reminds you of a restroom. Asked the owner why they would choose to mop the floor when there are many people trying to eat. He said that person has to perform certain duties before they can leave. There was no thought given to the concern and no apology offered at all. Had to have my meal packed up to go. As strong as the odor was, my concern is that it's affected the food as well. Had to toss it. Not worth the risk.

Expect a warm welcome when you walk in and fast service. Now let's talk about the food. Let me first clarify. I have traveled and lived all over the world and have made it a hobby to try different foods. Burgers are one of my top favorites and it is not an easy food to get right in my opinion . . . Until now. When you look up ole fashion burgers in the US, Bubba's Burgers should come up! I took one bite and just sat that stunned. It was cooked to perfection and brought out rather quickly.
