No dragging things out, no hidden surprises, no attitude--just solid, high-quality work from start to finish. They made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and under control. I had reached out to several different moving companies and would say Jason was the most affordable option. On move-in day he and his team arrived on-time and got to work immediately. Since we were previously living with roommates our stuff was scattered between a few different rooms of the house. I was worried that would be confusing but they were on top of it! Some of our stuff was not packed well (including some delicate items) but they brought some gear and moved it with no issues. Upon unpacking we were impressed that not a single thing was broken! They first had to move our goods to a storage unit for two weeks. Then they picked up the stuff and moved it to us in Oregon. The owner was dismissive and said it was my word against theirs. In addition, I was charged for three men for three hours, but I had said I only needed two men. They had three men in the truck so I was charged for three men. If I could give a negative star I would.

Now the guys from Charlie's were pricey, I mean double what the other place cost last time, but I had a considerable amount of fragile things I was moving, and every single thing made it in one piece, and after traveling in a trailer for 1100 miles, that's a feat.
