I was given an accurate 2 hour arrival window and got a text when Noah was dispatched, about 15 minutes before he arrived, which was helpful. Noah was great! He gave me a quote up front and there were no surprises. He showed me the additional issues that were not fixed by my simple replacement, and when I asked questions he offered to teach me how to do the larger replacement myself. He was patient and walked me through all of the steps including a thorough check. He showed me where there was still moisture after his initial install, walked me through his troubleshooting, made an adjustement, and ran another thorough check. The whole thing took about 30 minutes, and I am now confident I would be able to do more if not all of the replacement on my own.
