    First of all most of the time, you have a bad experience with a handyman not so with this company they are reliable respond fast, and are on time in their appointments. We had a small repair to do in our guest bathroom. The estimate was more expensive than we thought, the repair itself was a small thing to do but they had to go through the garage to get to the points of repairs so it was a two-man job and that adds to the price. So we made a second appointment for them to show up and do the actual work. They did it and they did a Good and effective job - and in the end, they even didn't charge the amount of the estimate. Since the job have been done faster then estimated. I think that is an honors business And very rare these days - so I highly recommend this company. Also, before they check in with you you get a text message with a picture of the repairman who will show up and even a short intro to what the persons background is. that gives you a very secure sense! so again yes i highly recommend this place

We found their prices to be reasonable. More importantly, Udiel (the owner) and his team are all responsive, friendly and helpful. When our heating system broke down over the holidays, they still were able to have a guy come out on Dec 26 (despite being closed) to identify the issue and order us a replacement part. He told us what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again -- essentially the crazy winds knocked the cover off a unit off roof loose and water got in. They managed to secure us a part quickly and replaced in before we had friends come over for New Years Eve. So grateful for their help during the holidays. Cannot recommend Reyes enough!

    I wholeheartedly recommend Reyes Heating and Air for HVAC work. Our furnace stopped working 3 weeks…read moreago on a Thursday afternoon. Jimmy Reyes arrived at 8am Friday morning to take a look and told us they could fix the furnace, but since it was old there was a possibility something else would fail in the future. We had installed the furnace and A/C condenser together in 2002 and decided the best course of action would be to replace both. Jimmy told us that the A/C unit would require a permit and that might slow down installation, and provided a competitive estimate. Fortunately, we were leaving for a week's vacation the following day but Reyes dropped off some space heaters to keep us warm in the meantime. A week later, Reyes arrived promptly at 8am to install the new furnace and A/C (having secured the permit). The team introduced themselves (so polite!) and placed tarps, etc. to protect our flooring. They worked diligently and completed the entire job in 2 days! Not only that, but they removed the registers and sealed all the ducts to maximize the heating and cooling. We could not be happier. The new furnace and A/C are super energy efficient, quiet and effective. Reyes Heating and Air set the standard for excellence and customer service.

    Installation just finished on a four-unit Quilt mini-split system. Very new product and I'm excited…read moreabout the aesthetics, usability and efficiency. My experience with Bellows has been an interesting one. TLDR; highly recommended and check out the Quilt system! - - - I had originally scheduled an estimator to come out an give a price on replacing a whole house gas furnace with a heat pump system but was also considering a multi-head mini-split system. The technician who came out was knowledgable and introduced me to the Quilt system. He was not pushy at all, simply said that it was a new system that showed a lot of promise. After reading a bit more about it, I was sold! The promise of efficiency was intriguing and the usability and aesthetics sealed the deal. It took about a month to really get things going, but once they started, the installation team was great! Very professional, efficient and tidy. On the third day of installation, I had inquired about the condenser unit location. It was placed in a prominent and highly visible location at the front of the house and I thought there was a good alternate location - moving it back about 5' and rotating it 90 degrees. I definitely missed the window of time when this should have been asked, and to move it would require some additional work. The initial response was not empathetic or customer satisfaction- minded, the quote for the change order was prohibitively high and I ended the phone call feeling very frustrated. Within minutes, one of the owners, was on the phone. Chelsea put on a MASTERCLASS in conflict resolution. She made a personal connection, approached the situation with humility and grace, quickly establishing empathy in both directions. Chelsea found a delicate balance between defending her business and wanting to help find a solution by sharing more detailed information about the systems and installation process, and asking questions about why I wanted to change the location. Like most customer-service facing professionals, she articulated that she wanted me to be happy with the product and service and that the company would make it right. But unlike the majority of those people, it did not come across as condescending - she was genuine, willing to explore options, and ultimately took the time to gather more information and see what options were actually available. The installation manager, Del, came out the next morning, worked with the installers to find an efficient solution to move the unit, and the system was completed within the original schedule. The two-man installation team ended up working a little later, and even on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, showed professionalism and patience in testing the system, cleaning up, and making sure all of my questions were answered before calling the job complete. Ultimately, I am very satisfied with my Bellow's experience and would recommend. I am very impressed with Chelsea and her handling of the situation. The company, her partners and anyone working for her should be grateful for the leadership she provides. Thank you Chelsea, Del, Joed and Julian!

    Bellows Plumbing: Mini split review…read more In November of 2023, I needed to replace my old gas wall heater. Our home is older and we needed something new. I decided on a Lennox mini split system after seeing a display at Costco. The package included having Bellows Plumbing, a local HVAC contractor install the system. We had this work done in January of 2024. Everything worked quite well until the late fall of 2025. We had had the system for almost two years. When the temperatures fell into the lower 40's, the Lennox system quit heating and would just blow cold air. I called Bellows and they sent out a technician. After explaining my problem one of the first things he said was, "Look how you're dressed." I was in shorts and a T shirt. This was before he even checked the unit (he later denied saying this upon his third visit). I told him my old thermostat registered at 55 degrees and he told me those old things didn't work. I told him again, the unit just blew cold air when the temperature got into the lower 40's. He checked the unit said everything was working correctly and left. When the temperature again got into the lower 40's, the unit still did not work. I called again and the same tech came out and said he couldn't find anything wrong. I suggested maybe I wasn't using the remote correctly and he agreed and left. I made sure I was using the remote correctly and the unit still did not heat our home and blew cold air. I called a third time and Bellows sent the same tech. By this time something else had gone wrong with the unit and it no longer worked at all. He checked it and did not seem to know how to get into it to look. He beat it up a bit taking a panel off. When he was finished, he blamed the problem on a power surge and said I needed to call their electrician. By this time I was done with Bellows Plumbing. I called Lennox and an overseas service representative said I need to call Costco and gave me a number. When I called the number another overseas rep told me if I gave her my bank account number, I had won a $300 gift card. So I had been given a scam number. I found the correct number and the Lennox/Costco rep talked in circles and took no interest in the scam number. So, I have a $10,000 Lennox mini split unit in my backyard that I have not bothered to fix as of May 14th, 2026. Why throw good money after bad?
