When I went back to check on it, I was told the patches were "too difficult" to install and that they couldn't do the work. Thankfully, we found another cleaner that was happy to sew on the patches, repair the zipper, and charge much more reasonable prices. That experience really highlighted the difference in customer service and willingness to help. While the front desk employee was pleasant, the combination of the high price for a simple repair and the refusal to do the jacket work left us with a poor impression. Unfortunately, we won't be returning and will continue using the cleaner that was willing to help.
