Service was quick, the front guy was very friendly and patient as this was our first time and took the time to explain the lingo and go-around to us there. Sando is MASSIVE - for 10 bucks, the chicken patty is literally spilling out on the sides and there is a lot of meat in there. Medium spicy was just right for us and very well balanced with the sauce, toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickle?) easily fills up a hungry stomach The bone-in were equally fantastic. Lots of meat on the bone, very crispy, obviously using nice fat hens here. They only come in plain, which is perfectly fine, and a selection of different sauces to dip in. We opted for buffalo and their house special. Buffalo was great - nice consistency and spiciness. Their house sauce is a bit ranch-ier, little bit of heat, little bit of sweet - overall a nice balance. We also got run-of-the-mill ranch sauce which I think is meant to go with the celery, but to be honest, is nice with the wings to balance with the buffalo. Portion wise, the sandwich alone can be filling on a regular day. Inside was clean and you can either order at the kiosk or the counter. They have a rewards program too. There are bathrooms available, but they need to check on them a little more often. The soap was empty early on in the day. Thankfully, the always have a bottle of hand sanitizer at the counter. There is plenty of seating too in a spacious area. Overall, it's a solid local chicken joint with what seems to be a constantly expanding menu (not that I'm complaining as long as they can keep up the quality). Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Hygiene, Food Quality, and Service…read more This store has gone downhill since the management changed. I visited on October 14, 2026, to place an order, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I entered the store, a female employee was cleaning and mopping the floor. She asked how she could help, and I told her I wanted to place an order. She then came to the register and took my order while wearing the same gloves she had been using for cleaning. After taking my order, she handed me the receipt and began counting money without changing her gloves. I was watching the entire process. Shortly afterward, another customer came in to pick up an order. The same employee, still wearing the gloves she had used for cleaning and handling money, picked up the customer's food and handed it to him without changing her gloves. This was extremely concerning and raised serious questions about the store's hygiene and food-handling practices. To make matters worse, another male employee sat in a chair next to the register and appeared to be asleep. My order was eventually brought to me by another female employee. When I got home and opened my food, I was shocked by what I found. My order included a chicken salad, loaded fries, chicken wings, and a chicken sandwich. The chicken salad looked as though someone had already eaten part of it. The container was mostly lettuce and mozzarella, with barely any chicken. The loaded fries and chicken wings were equally disappointing. When my son tried them, the fries were so hard that he could barely eat them. The taste and texture suggested that the food was not freshly prepared and may have been reheated from a previous batch. I have been visiting this store for quite some time and have never experienced these kinds of problems before. Unfortunately, this is now the second time I have had a negative experience since the management or staff changed. The repeated issues with food quality, cleanliness, and customer service are unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously, reviews its food-handling and hygiene procedures, and ensures that employees follow proper food safety practices. Customers deserve fresh, properly prepared food and a clean environment. Based on my recent experiences, I cannot recommend this store.
