I pulled in to a parking spot to fill out my order on the app. I find they have a mobile pick up which say New. Well normally I go inside to pick up so this feature is super convenient. I place order and even have enough rewards for a free drink. Once you get up to the Mobile line in your car you scan the QR code and they prepare your order. Amazing by the time I get to the front it is waiting for me. This process is definitely better than going inside and waiting. So why a four and not a five. Well I have been to Zaxby's and their Fried Chicken Salad is better. Sorry if I had the choice I would go there.
