My wife had the cheeseburger. Overall the burgers had good flavor. Nothing extraordinary, but solid. A couple issues though. Some of the onion rings were a little undercooked. The batter was doughy in spots. And the bacon? Burnt to a crisp. Not crispy in a good way. Just burnt. My wife felt about the same about her cheeseburger. Decent. Not bad, not amazing. It was a decent meal, but not worth traveling far out of the way to get it. If you're in the area and want a burger, sure. But I wouldn't make a special trip. The Verdict: Jimmy P's Burgers and More gets four stars. Good flavor on the burgers, clearly a popular local spot, but the undercooked onion rings and burnt bacon hold it back from being anything special. Decent meal, just don't set your expectations too high.

The restaurant is clean and decorated with burger murals on the walls, which is a cute touch. The location is good, they're in a busy area with lots of stores, parking is ok if you can get something close by. The menu has a choice of burgers, sandwiches and dinner options. Hubs liked the French dip sandwich he ordered, it's one of his favorites and Jimmy P's did a nice job on it. I went for the jalapeño burger, this burger is very large and flavorful and the jalapeños gave it a nice bite, without being overly hot. One thing we both noticed was that we couldn't get reception from our phones. I'm not sure what was going on with that, but we enjoyed having lunch here.

Today, April 18, 2025, is Good Friday, the last Friday in Lent. So, meatless Friday. I did not…read moreknow what I was going to order when I walked in. I did see French Onion soup. My first thought was soup and salad. I spotted a tuna fish and egg sandwich on the menu. The sandwich was located under the "Build Your Own Sandwich" section. I didn't read the fine print, but I just wanted a tuna and egg sandwich on toasted rye bread, along with a bowl of French Onion soup. I have had better French Onion soup, and I have also had worse. It was good, just not excellent. The tuna and egg sandwich was excellent. The tuna did not overpower the sandwich, nor did the egg. It was perfect. Of course, Mrs. K. had her soft-serve ice cream, or two. I did get a bit maudlin with Easter, I started to think about my mom. I know she would have put an onion on that sandwich. :)

Jason's Deli - Immokalee Road, Naples, FL Very Disappointing…read moreReturn Visit My wife and I had lunch at Jason's Deli this afternoon, our first visit in a little over a year. On our previous visit, the corned beef and pastrami sandwiches were excellent, so we were looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, today's experience was a completely different story. We ordered corned beef and pastrami sandwiches, and both were among the worst sandwiches either of us has ever had. The meats were extremely dry and virtually tasteless. We arrived around 2:30 to 3:00 in the afternoon, and I couldn't help wondering whether the meats had been sliced well ahead of time and left sitting around until they dried out. Whatever the reason, neither sandwich was enjoyable. On the positive side, the salad bar was fine, the service was good, and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, none of that makes up for two very disappointing sandwiches. It's a shame, because we remembered how good the food was on our last visit. Based on today's experience, we won't be returning anytime soon.q

This was a bit disappointing. To preface, I did DoorDash, so quality is not always the best, but…read morestill. I'm in town for a work trip and was craving some tacos, so I ordered birria from here today, and I also put in a horchata. I would say the birria was like a 4/5 from me - it was very good but a bit too greasy, and they also didn't include napkins, which kind of made it worse. It had a ton of limes with it, and for some reason a ton of cucumbers as well, both of those were on the side. The consommé was pretty good with it, but I had to put a lot of lime on the tacos to really bring out the flavor, which I shouldn't have to do. The reason this review is three stars and not four is because of the Horchata, which unfortunately I would give like two stars. It was very chalky and not very sweet. Definitely a bummer because I love horchata so I was looking forward to having it with my meal. My driver actually forgot it, but brought it back so I had to make an extra trip down to my hotel lobby for it as well, though of course that is not the fault of the restaurant. It arrived kind of lukewarm as well. I'm still sipping it as I write this review, but it was definitely a huge disappointment. Overall, I would order from this restaurant again if in the area, but I would probably try the quesadilla or something else from the menu.
