I knew he had a kitchen here in Naples, but I never really put much thought into ordering from there. So I finally did last night. Yes it is pricey, but the flavors were there for me. I am so sorry that some had bad experiences, but fortunately I didn't get to experience that for my first time. Damn. Disappointed. Overall average food. Wanna BIG greasy burger, this is the joint. I love Guy Fieri, so I kinda had bigger expectations. I got the Mac&Cheese/Bacon Burger and overall was good- but the bun was too small and greasy to contain my meal. I also got the fries... honestly, the biggest disappointment of my meal. I LOVED the seasoning... but the fries lacked any soft potato. I liked how Crunchy it was- but where was the actual potato? Seemed like fried crisps to me. Lastly. The Cuban. THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL CUBAN. I wasn't expecting a traditional sandwich, but the cheese is very heavy and more like a melty sauce? To me, the cheese overbears the entire sandwich. I ordered the real cheezy burger and flavortown fries. Unfortunately, the burger was close to being rare and way undercooked. I had to take the burger apart and cook just the patty in the microwave. The burger was very messy to eat, but I enjoyed the flavor and the sauce on it. It had a lot of toppings. The fries were crispy but nothing that I would call "flavortown" fries. They were basic fries. I ordered on Uber Eats and took about an hour to get here so had to re-heat the food. I don't think I will be ordering anything from the restaurant again - but glad I got to try it. I do like the concept of a delivery only restaurant during times of COVID. read more

I was excited to see this restaurant nearby The options for getting the food is delivery or curb side delivery. I opted for delivery. My estimate time of delivery was 6:38, this delivery was repeatedly pushed back(door dash). Got my food at 7:20 My order was placed at 5:55. The food was cold and the order incomplete, missing items. T As I attempted to call the restaurant I soon found out there is no phone number It's a virtual restaurant run out a kitchen from another restaurant. The manager was helpful and would remake my order, I checked the order before I left.
