I use to eat at this place about 4 years ago but I stopped going because I placed an order and…read morewatched the man grab the meat from a cooler with his bear hands and throw it on the grill needless to say I was disappointed and disgusted, but a friend of mine said that he had got a new cook and she was really good so I decided to give it another shot. I pulled up and went to order and I was greeted by a lady with red hair and covered in tattoos she smiled at me and asked me how I was and If I would like to place and order. I told her it had been a while since I had been there and asked her what she recommended and she promptly said ohhh definitely a chicken and steak quesadilla or some birria nachos. I said oh I didn't seen the birria nachos on the menu so it must be new so I told her I'll take one of each. She said it would be about 15 mins and I was welcome to have a seat and wait I made sure to see if she was going to put gloves on and yes!! She did. About 5 mins later some guy came in yelling at her that she needed to hurry and make 2 orders he had just got she told him she was working on my order she would get to it as soon as she was done he looked at me and said (what did you get man) and I had grabbed a soda from the cooler and he said you already pay for your order man if not I need you to pay now and for you drink. She said yes he had already paid for everything already she finished my order and gave me an extra salsa I tipped her 5 dollars before I left and he stuck it in his pocket I said oh that was a tip for the cook and he said yeah ok ty have a good day. The food was impeccable I dont know what she does to it but I was so full I couldn't eat another bite I will definitely go back if she is cooking but he needs to learn manners

I've heard so much about this place!! Everyone that's been here says food is affordable and…read moredelicious, 2 of several factors to make a good restaurant. Today I tried the chicken and medium steak hibachi combo. All hibachi orders come with vegetables and fried rice which is already a good deal. Most places it's additional $2 or more for friends rice. My order was ready in less than 10 mins. I was like WHOA! Now that's service!! Haha! I came home sat down and ate my order. Didn't feel like sitting out there next to the food truck to eat my food. Parking wasn't paved and every car that leaves or enters makes a dust storm! Gross! Not my ideal place to eat. Food was flavorful. My friends were right. These guys are fast, delicious and affordable. They even put in extra soy sauce and spicy mayo sauce in case you want to add more flavor to it. Aside from the parking and unpaved road with the dust storm, the reason for my rating (4/5 stars) is because my fried rice was a little undercooked!! I'm just hoping that I only got a bad batch. I wish they put a little more water in the rice or left it in the steamer a little longer before making it into a fried rice. It was flavorful but was just undercook. It was still a little hard when I was chewing on it. Next time I come here and have the same problem then I will let them know that the rice is undercooked.

Holy Schneikies!!!! They were not pulling my leg in the previous reviews!…read more I don't know what the heck is wrong with me, but I've lived in the area for about a year and a half and thankfully checked Yelp today, Easter Sunday, to see what casual restaurants were open. This looked interesting, and I followed the reviews over the bridge to the road much less traveled. It is literally a little food trailer with an adjacent building and an awning with outdoor seating just sitting on the side of the road, pumping out excellent food and service. There was a decent little line when I arrived, but the staff is very friendly and apologized for a couple of items being completely blown out. That's what I get for showing up for lunch at 1 o'clock. I ordered the lingua burrito minus beans but add a little cheese and took the mild hot sauce on the side since I'm an old white lady and can't handle the super spicy stuff now. About 10 minutes later, they called my number and I sat down to open a to go box that contained a beautifully toasted burrito about the size of my head. The first bite knocked my socks off! And that's saying quite a bit because the first bite usually has nothing but tortilla and tomatoes and rice in it. From top to bottom this thing was jampacked with delicious tender lingua, but it was the fresh greens, delicious Mexican rice, the super yummy salsa and grilled onions plus whatever else they've blessed me with. Let's just put it this way: It was SO good, I left a $10 tip. The only cons I could find were a lack of napkins set out for self service or in my bag, and some ice for the sodas would be nice, but I don't even care. I moved here from California and have had a real hard time finding authentic Mexican cuisine. The only way you could make Valdiva Brothers any better as if they also did El Pastor and added the ice and napkins. It'll be on regular rotation now, I almost ate the whole thing. It was so delicious.

Straight money! Made to order. Took a little extra time but worth it's all those great flavors were…read morethere. I sat at a picnic table and chowed down. Just shaded enough and plenty of napkins available!
