But they have my money. I took out a Home Depot credit card specifically to pay for this project and have already made 3 monthly payments. I have no idea the status of my project other than the permit was finally obtained. They have ignored multiple emails and phone calls. Just contacted corporate Home Depot to lodge a complaint against their chosen vendor. Maybe they can make something happen. Ergeon deserves -10 stars.
