I payed for my glasses and because I did not go pick them up immediately (I was experiencing medical issues at the time) they returned them without giving me a call beforehand. They are refusing to give me store credit or a reimbursement for what I have already payed. I have now lost over $100 and have no glasses to show for this. I'm very upset with how they handled this.

His customer service is top-notch, and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was genuinely kind and patient throughout the process. Dr. Alina was also wonderful! She was very thorough with my eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It's obvious that the team truly cares about their patients and doesn't rush through appointments. Overall, I had a great experience and felt well taken care of. They made us feel comfortable throughout our entire visit and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. They also have a huge selection of frames, from affordable options to well known designer brands, so there was something for everyone. I called the office to inquire about a coupon I saw online and their system was down. I never got a call back. They did send a copy of my prescription so I got another pair of glasses at another provider and service was really fast. I also used to get a discount for being a long time customer which I no longer get. Maybe it's time to find a new place.

She appeared rushed throughout the visit, was overly impatient, and made uncomfortable facial expressions toward my father that made him feel unwelcome and disrespected. I would not recommend this office to families bringing elderly parents or grandparents. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect, especially older adults who may need assistance from their caregivers.
