Evan the upholsterer and his team are amazing. The antique chairs look great with their new covers and thicker seats. The under-liner of the sofa was ripped in a way the suggested it was damaged in shipping. It did not affect the comfort so I asked them to fix it instead of replacing it. They promptly did just that. They stapled in 3 gauzy cloth panels, each of different color, using short staples which fell out after 4 days. No big deal compared to the problems we had with the chair as reported in another review. I suggest having them replace stuff if you have the same problem. Also beware of buying off the floor as their warranty policy is murky.

I was looking for a full size sleeper sofa, she recommended a twin size. I looked at the product and ordered it, assuming it was a full and not a twin sized sleeper sofa. I cancelled my order after realizing what i ordered. to rub salt on an open wound, after the fact, i found a sleeper sofa (full size!) from wayfair for less than 300. Im keeping the couch i have, since all it could use is some sewing needle, some cleaning, and not much else. Wayfair may have lost customer for this stunt.

The desk still smelled after sitting outside for two weeks. Plus the desk could gas off undetected for up to two years. Please consider carefully before you buy from this company. The coupon said it could be combined with rewards so I never would have anticipated the issue and attitude I got from Abby, who told me she was a manager, that she told me multiple times that she couldn't make it work, and finally that I was stressing her out so she was going to help another customer. I will admit that after she said "did you not hear me" in a snippy and sarcastic tone, I did get upset and asked "did you really just say that to me?". She called up Beth, the store manager, and we had a very pleasant exchange. I explained the issue and she was able to fix it with no problem. I get that people get stressed out and at first she was trying to help, but when she couldn't figure it out, she should have just asked for help instead of repeatedly berating me.
