I had a very disappointing experience with L and L Auto Sales in Las Cruces. Shortly after…read morepurchasing my vehicle, I began experiencing serious mechanical issues, including overheating and overall reliability concerns within just a few weeks. I took the vehicle back to have the issue inspected, and I was told that everything was fine. However, within hours of leaving, the same problem occurred again. This raised significant concerns about the thoroughness and accuracy of the inspection, as well as the overall quality of the vehicles being sold. This situation has been both frustrating and costly, especially given the expectation that a vehicle purchased from a dealership should meet basic standards of safety and dependability. I strongly encourage potential buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected and to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

!!Do not come here!! I came in September 28th 2026 for a…read morewindshield replacement for a 2005 Toyota Corolla. I Waited three hours in the lobby because the new glass windshield was not the correct size, for my vehicle. The wait was not the issue here, after staying past there closing hours on the way home there was a lot of outside hair coming into my vehicle from the bottom of my windshield . I called the business the next day, I was told to bring my vehicle in again to see what the issue was. I took off work and went in again. I wanted to replace the glass because this is a hazard, they were not willing to do that. They globbed more black window glue from where the hole was and sent me on my way. On the way home again there was still wind and air coming in my vehicle. I called the business again and explained my concerns about the hazards, I was told to come in again and I took off work for the 2nd time to correct their mistake. Today after the service I see where they put a large amount black glue to cover up the hole from where the window was not installed properly again. The rain and water damage that is most likely in my vehicles dash and vents is going to cost more than what I saved coming here. I posted pictures of the amount of times I had to return along with their messy work. Under the plastics there is globs of black adhesive.

I was in a rush to resolve the window issue from afar while I was out of town, so I went with the…read morefirst business who answered my inquiry call. Sure, the service was efficient as suggested, but their business model is crooked and misleading. On the phone they said their diagnostic fee was $65, and if it was a simple issue with the power window slipping out of it's assembly, the fix would be quick and would apply against the diagnostic fee and cost nothing more. But if it's a regulator issue, she said, it would take longer. This language was rehearsed and deliberate and implied diagnostic fees applied toward repairs... Until they gave me a regulator diagnosis, with a repair cost of $315, and retained the diagnostic fee in top of that. Over $400 to fix my basic power window issue is lame enough, but crafting their misleading language to cover up an objectively money-grabbing business practice puts them on a par with the legendary charlatans of Brake Mastery. I will never go back here, nor recommend them to anyone else. Absolutely shameful.
