Got a basic gel manicure and removal of gel that I had on previously. They were able to take me…read moreright away which was good however the quality was poor. Nail tech did not fully remove the previous gel...just used the motorized nail tool and left some around the edges. Since the color I picked was very light it showed through. He also missed some of my nail with the top coat and didn't seal the ends very well so it was chipping after a couple days. After a week there is a lot of chipping. If you go there I recommend inspecting each coat and having them make corrections as you go.

It was tingly when I put hand sanitizer. You're not suppose to do that! Cuticle are important to protect nails from bacteria and infection! Just push the cuticles back and cut loose skin and hang nails. I will never recommend this dirty place! To the owner, when was the last time you wipe the tables and windows? It's so dusty! You need to throw that vase with fake flowers that has thick layers of dust! I had to drink antihistamine as soon as I got home! I had a little hangnail that my tech tried to rip off with their own nails and in general was really rough and also ended up filling a sizable chunk of skin off during shaping. When it came time to design and I expressed I wasn't really happy with one of the nails (Speaking up about these things is very anxiety inducing for me cause I don't want to come off rude or annoying and just hate any type of "confrontation")they got frustrated with me and seemed to be during the rest of the appointment despite me being really apologetic about it, because I understand it can be annoying to deal with customers who may come off as needy or picky(I work in the service industry so I def get it even if it's a different type of service ).The transparency about price was vague as well. Half a paycheck for nails that I don't even really like and a "slight injury"just isn't really worth it.
