I've taken many cooking classes and this is the first one that has taught me the origins of the food as well as provided an in-depth class about how to use food to better my health. Recently went back for deep tissue work minus the stone therapy as I did not want to go thru the painful bruising again. Therapist's deep tissue work is outstanding. If you cannot stand very deep massage this is probably not the place for you. With my physical issues it's exactly what I needed.
