For the sake of my waistline, I am actually thankful that this restaurant is a two hour drive from where I live as if I lived closer I would be eating here a couple of times a week.

Wouldn't it set everybody up for success if the menu listed which items were veg@n or could be made vega@n? I would certainly eat here more often and I would stop asking the groups I'm dining with to choose somewhere else when we are out to eat.
