I got the VIP pedicure and it was quite nice. I recommend asking them NOT to trim your cuticles. They are not supposed to be trimmed unless you have a hang nail. They should be pushed, and the dead skin will roll off after a good soak. Cutting can lead to infection or discomfort. Google it please, cutting is not a good practice.

The woman then told me, "It's 4, I have another person, and we close at 5." None of this matched the information I had received. What stood out most was her demeanor and she avoided eye contact, didn't offer any apology or explanation, and the interaction left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and unwelcome. There were no other customers of color present, and the experience made me feel as though I wasn't wanted there. To add to the frustration, I waited 25 minutes after leaving and called again. This time, someone else answered and again confirmed that they close at 7. As a resident of the neighborhood, it was disheartening to feel dismissed and disregarded like this, especially knowing how much my partner and I contribute to this community. I cannot in good faith recommend this business based on the treatment I received. For contrast, I drove just three minutes away to TA Nails & Spa, where I was warmly greeted, treated with respect, and received excellent service. I was in and out in 45 minutes and more importantly, I felt seen and valued.
