I also purchased the Ultimate Watch Protection warranty that I was told would cover scratches or wear and tear. I tried to return the watch yesterday and was told I could not because I had warn it and there was a scratch. I said to send it in and use the warranty I had purchased to fix the scratch then return it. I was told no. The manager Marquita was extremely rude to me. Even tried to make a bet of $100 with me that she would get promoted if I complained to her supervisors about my treatment. She actually extended her hand out and said I will be you $100 I will get promoted, in the store, in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. I have tried to be pleasant and resolve the issue, even offered to pay to replace the link in the watch that has a scratch, they still said no. The point it i was physically told by not one, but two employees that I could return the watch for any reason and am not stuck with a $2000 watch that I do not wish to have and they are willing to do nothing to resolve the issue, literally nothing. They offer no resolution, just say that I can not return it. Both employees have even admitted that they told me I could return it for any reason within 30 days. I have spent over $10,000 with Kay Jewelers and it is safe to say I will never spend a penny in that store again, unless this issue is resolved. I was lied to and led to believe that I could return this watch when in reality they will not let me. Then on top of that I am being treated very poorly by customer service and management, the two people that should step in and do the right thing. I just want to return the watch and try to salvage the relationship between myself and Kay Jewelers.

She showed me around a bit went over everything extremely well and in great detail we were able to chat about alot of different things it was just so great and comforting how friendly she was and how at ease she made me feel. I have high standards and can be rather cranky) My introduction to Re-bath started with Donal. Donal was friendly, thorough and projected honesty. After a 'similar' (I use the word very loosely) previous introduction received from one of your competitors, this was a breath of fresh air. The competing vendor applied several high-pressure tactics that I thought (hoped) had died some decades ago. That group also appeared to be only interested in an instant sale, with no concern as to what was right for me or the house; and actually left me feeling disgusted. Only because the tub was actually damaged (not just an aesthetic replacement), I had to press ahead. Fortunately, that is when I met Donal. Subsequent to our first meeting, Donal showed a distinctly high level of ownership and professionalism. I never felt pressured, he guided me sensibly through considerations and each question I've had was responded to in a timely and thorough manner. When installation efforts began, I met Jake. Now- I wouldn't have guessed that I'd have so much consideration for a bathroom installation, but his work has been outstanding. With 30 years work experience behind me, I've run countless teams and projects, in the states and abroad. Even with this background, I don't recall another individual with this combination of proactive friendly service, skill and quality delivery. To be honest, if I thought he was interested in IT, I would try to steal him away (I'm only a little bit kidding on that last point). Lacking that, I really appreciate the quality experience of this installation. So in summary, this install was a great experience; so much so that I don't even apologize now for sounding long-winded or overly effusive. Subscribing to the ideology that business success is reliant on the relationships built by its staff, I'd anticipate Re-bath has many successful years to come. If you purchase 2 packs at a time the cost is $17.70 or $8.85/pack. That is a savings of .95/pack. Ten packs times .95 is a savings of $9.50 per carton. Every other store will always give discounts for bulk purchases but Admiral Tobacco. I always have to request that the employees or the manager PLEASE ring up my purchase of a carton of 10 packs of cigarettes in pairs to save the $10!! And for that I also get a sneer and a stink eye look! Very unprofessional people!!! One other item, they have a cigar cabinet that is not humidified!! So all the cigars are as hard as a piece of wood!! Waste of money!!!
