The food itself was delicious with a huge variety of options to choose from, definitely something for everyone. It did leave me feeling a little sleepy afterward, so I'm guessing there's plenty of MSG in the mix. At $22 per person, it's not a bad deal at all, especially if you go for special occasions like big birthdays. Personally, I don't usually eat at buffets since I'm in my "healthier era," but this was a fun impulse choice for the day. I believe you can eat healthier if you stick to the hibachi grill option, and watch the oils. Overall, it was pretty inside and I'd come back in the future, preferably for a celebration so I feel better about over eating.

Thats is not something you usually find at a buffet so kudos. It's a Saturday so perhaps its special menu day or something. Either way its pretty good. I ate until I hurt myself. Thats slow me down? The mackerel was nicely grilled, not fishy and the skin under the meat was crispy. The soon tofu was nice and spicy with a kick at the back end of it.
