Told him we were good for the night. He quickly determine the problem was the gas control valve and it's sensor's! But due to the age of our furnace of 35 plus years and it was a no longer offered 65% efficiency furnace style that they no longer make. They could replace the part for about $1200. But due to the age we would be throwing good money down a deep hole. With it's age something else would go soon. They offered a 85% or 95% Efficiency furnaces for $$$$. WOW! Call two other HVAC companies for a second and third opinions. They both had the same diagnosis and recommendations for getting a new furnace! Got bids from all three. BRET TURNER Beat the other 2 by over a $1000 on either the 85% or 95%. We went with the 95% furance. Bret's price beat the price of of the competitors by over $1000. Infact the price we paid for the 95% furance was less then the 85% one from the closest competitor price. Very happy with the work they did! Cleaned up as they worked and the end of the day eveyday. Thought it might take four or five days. They were done in three days

8/3/20 Brent Turner heating and cooling Services was…read morereferred to us by a friend who had a great experience with him.He sent one of his guys out to evaluate our system in our home,his worker by the name of Sean was great! After Sean expected the unit and called his boss Bret to explain the issue.Bret ensured us that we will be taken care of within a week and that we needed to replacement part that had went out in the unit,and the company didn't carry the part, that it would take 3 to 5 business days to come in so we said ok we'll wait patiently even with the 105 degree heat. Because we were pleased how timely his team specifically Sean responded to our call. All of a sudden mentally something went terribly wrong with Bret.The weekend had passed, and it was time for Brent and his worker to come back out and repair the unit proximally 1 week.remember we're still suffering and 105 degree heat with no AC working. He instanly mentally snapped and went off on my husband over the telephone,I thought how scary? (Mental illness is so real folks,get help if you need it, please!!) He exclaims to my husband that he have never had this issue with a customer and we were the only customer with this particular issue which I find to be a complete lie and a very interesting comment!!!! And so what if you didn't,Figure it out Bret your suppose to be a licensed professional contractor, what a complete waste of our time. Bret continued to rant histerically, my husband said he sounded drunk and was really agitated, not to mention this was at 8:00a.m. in the morning on 8/3/20 Monday morning! Who starts a day off as a professional business owner with a California Contractors license offering a service for people with such a nasty, unprofessional,angry attitude so early in the a.m. morning hour?We were shocked and so dissatisfied!!!!!! We felt violated!!!! He yells at my husband how he could not find our address, not to mention doesn't most people have navigation today? and we gave him the exact address and city where we lived, which his office is only about 10 minutes away from where we live. Sham on you Bret!You should not drink on the job,totally Unprofessional!!!!! My husband said he have never experienced anything like this from a business before in his entire 49 years of living,He snapped on a customer All because he failed to do the job professionally. Bret told my husband that he was not fixing our air conditioner that we were going to have to be in the heat. What a unprofessional lunatic I thought,I wouldn't want a weirdo like this in my home anyway. He then hung up the phone in my husband's face!!! Disoriented and drunk my husband said he was, because who or what professional business owner act in this manner?!!!! People please do your research on this guy before you allow him and his team to come inside your home he cannot be trusted he is total unethical and totally unprofessional.I don't care about the 4.9 star rating he have on this review site. I look at customer service and professional ethics. I will be reporting him to the California Contractors License Board,We are totally disatisfied and are still without cool air in our home along with our 3 children, and now we have to find another licensed contractor after waiting for Bret to complete an incomplete job. I took the time to write this review because I was totally shocked when my husband explain to me what he had experience from this Bret guy who is supposed to be a professional licensed contractor with a 4.9 review hmmmm. I just want you all to do your research, don't just look at the stars. Always make sure you look for someone who have great customer service and do a background check too if you must with the BBB and State License Board.... This was after I'd been waiting on callbacks from two other businesses for 2 days. On the day of my appt. I got a call from the owner, the aforementioned Ed, who was driving to a meeting in the Bay Area regarding the death of a very close family member. Despite his great personal loss and involvement Ed made sure I wouldn't be inconvenienced by sending his own son to do the job at my house instead of himself. His son,Evan later called to inform me he could come at any time and was at Home Depot buying the particular light fixture I needed to be installed. Evan arrived promptly and quickly removed two old ceiling light fixtures in different rooms of the house, replacing them with state of the art flush mount LED fixtures making the house safer, brighter and way more energy efficient. I appreciate good, efficient workers who know their stuff and get the job done in a timely manner. Evan was all these things and a pleasant, upbeat guy to talk to also. And I'll be always grateful to the owner, Ed who went out of his way to cater to my needs while going through a really tough emotional time of his own. The rating system here goes up to five stars but I'd give The Electric Company a 10 on a scale of 10!!! They made some extremely poor decisions about switch placement, and ignored my instructions and requests about receptacles. Worst of all: they did not respond at all to repeated contact about fixing the problems afterwards. They ghosted me. Did not provide a 220 outlet in garage as asked. Did not provide a ceiling fan rated workbox where requested. Did not provided receptacles where requested. Did not provide three-way switches where requested. Did not provide switch-operated receptacles where requested. Installed ceiling fan as requested, but fan now has a short and fan shuts off.

Air gas sent my machine to them without my consent. They grinded brand new parts, said i needed to…read morereplace new parts I bought from air gas. In the process of not being able to figure out what was wrong with it, broke my roller housing. Said they were going to " look at it and diagnose it" they have no idea how to fix anything. Also accused me of braking the roller housing myself. I ended up taking my welder to get properly fixed at All Phase Welder repair in Sacramento where I live. He said he has never seen a broken roller housing nor " wore out rollers" which were brand new in his 20 years experience repairing machines. This place is a joke, they returned my machine missing parts that were with it when it got sent to them. Welding nozzle, insulator, power plug for the gun. Don't take anything here, they will try and rip you off. Attached are a few photos of some damaged parts and a tag on another customer who denied repairs because they tried to rip them off as well.
