Guardian Seamless Gutters happened to be working on a neighbor's home, so I stopped by to ask for a quote. From the start, they were timely, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. A deposit was provided, which was accidentally overlooked when it came time for final payment--but they caught the mistake themselves and promptly returned the overpayment. That level of honesty really stood out. During installation, the crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. They cleaned up thoroughly--honestly, the area looked even better than before they arrived. And as a bonus, they were so kind to my pets, Cashew (our Boston Terrier) and Wasabi (our tuxedo kitten), which didn't go unnoticed! Truly great people, hardworking, and delivering a high-quality finished product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They assures me that they could get to me no later than the 3rd week of June which was fine, as my first event was on Memorial Day. Monday of the 3rd week of June, I spoke with Jeff and he assured me that he would be out the following morning to complete the work. I spent the evening completely clearing everything off of my patio. A sunny Tuesday came and went and Jeff was a no show. Over the next several days, I called, emailed, and texted Jeff and the company scheduling contacts with no response from anyone. Memorial Day event came and went with my unwashed patio. 2 days after Memorial Day with more follow up texts, still no response! I finally booked another company, and notified Jeff and the Scheduling contact. Surprise, surprise...they replied within an hour. DO NOT RELY on this company. They were the lowest estimate....obviously for a reason.

Ranging from $1000 - $2450. The 1k guy seemed a little unreliable or I would've gone with him purely to save $400. One other quote was basically the same but it was an independent guy doing odd jobs and not sure if he was insured. The 4th was $2450, 1k more and way out of the budget for the exact same work. Jalen and Jamie were courteous, upfront, and most importantly, quick to respond and reliable. My husband and I have been burned by contractors so we don't take it lightly hiring someone to do work on our home. Thank you JD Painting for doing a phenomenal job and being wonderful to work with! Our roof line looks amazing! Would HIGHLY recommend them, especially if you want piece of mind knowing you're hiring people to come do a job and do it well. From my experience, that can be really hard to find!! Look no further!!
