I received a call around 9ish the next day that the tech could be there before 10 and if that would be alright. Sure! He came and was super friendly and explained things clearly to us. We needed new springs/ coils and he had all the work done in about 45 minutes. Super happy with the company as a whole (beginning, work, price, professionalism) and would definitely call them again if needed, but hopefully not anytime soon.

He also recommended I change the springs, he said they were too much for my door. I actually heard this same comment before when one of the springs broke and I had it replaced, the tech said I only needed one large spring instead of 2. So this was what Kevin said, too. I opted for one larger spring instead of 2 smaller ones. He helped me set up the keypad and the button on my car, too. I recommend this service.
