Less than a year later, March 2026 we are having hot weather and the air stops working, the 'new' coil has froze up again. Called them to fix it thinking that they should have guaranteed their work from 9 months ago. They came out 4 hrs after they said they were on their way. Once again they said we had a small Freon leak and fixed it...again. They leave and we are thinking all is good. 5 days later we receive a bill, in an email, for $410 to once again fix the 'small' Freon leak that they had 'fixed' 9 months before. I will NEVER use this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Now Giuseppe is responding with excuses, as usual, as to why there is a problem with their service. First off, he tries to say that this was an old unit. Not true! The inside unit is 15 years old and the outside unit is 15 years old. Both installed new when we purchased the house. He has no idea how old our units are as he has NEVER been to our house. They replaced the coil 9 months ago, because of a leak, according to him, yet 9 months later this NEW coil has a leak. Hmmmm, maybe he installed an OLD unit and charged us $1900.00 for it. If you notice the response that he has for other negative reviews, it is always an excuse and someone else's problem. He cannot take responsibility for anything as far as I can see.

Phil was very polite and respectful while doing the work. At first, we were very pleased with the work, which was done in June of 2021. However, after about 5 months or so, the floating vinyl flooring started to come up in places in the kitchen. We reached out, as we were surprised that it was coming up already, after only a few months of being installed. We were told at first that most likely our house foundation had shifted, which would cause the floor to come up. Keep in mind, we are on a concrete slab, and the same exact flooring that was put in by the front door and in the bathroom was not coming up. We were then told that it was most likely because there is a sliding glass door in the kitchen, which could cause the floor to come up. This also did not sit well with us, as I have known plenty of people that had floors installed in an area with a sliding glass door, and the floor didn't start coming up 5 months later. Additionally, at no point was this communicated to us while picking out the floor, install, or upon payment. After we didn't except this answers, Keith agreed to send someone out to look at the floor. But he sent the guy who originally installed the floors.. So, the guy who messed up the floors originally is supposed to fix them now? No surprise, he glued it down which laster about 48 hours. Maybe. Additionally, there was absolutely no follow up to see if the problem had been fixed. Not to mention there are gaps in the floor and wall in spots where the floor guy did not measure correctly, I have the pics below. Overall super unhappy that I paid 21 thousand dollars and ill have to get my kitchen floor replaced relatively soon. There seems to be no guarantee of work from this company, and Keith just didn't really seem to care to make things right with the family that wrote him a 21 thousand dollar check. It is what it is, but I will not be having them redo my closets as I had planned, and I can never suggest them as an option to anyone I know. It may seem harsh, but that is how I feel. I guess I just expected better customer service from a local company.

Eric the contractor did a fabulous job installing the shade on our log porch. Shelly took us to see a shade that was installed on another customers home, I really appreciated that. I purchased the sun/wind sensor which ended up being a total pain in the butt. Too many trees blowing in the wind and shade moving around throughout the day for that to work correctly. I would have appreciated Shelly's expertise in that area due to the high cost of the sensor. When I asked to return it I was only given less then half the full value back. One last thing, it would have been nice for Shelly to call me a few days after the shade was installed to make sure I was happy. Never heard from her again after the initial sale until I needed to call her regarding the sensor. But I really do love the big beautiful shade!

He left the company in August 2020 and we were able to find him via Yelp. He is also on Facebook Marketplace. He came by, looked at the project, and gave us a quote. We accepted and shortly thereafter(when he had an opening) he returned and did the work. He quoted the job taking 2, possibly 3 hours, and was done in less than 2. He tested everything for leaks and added that his work was covered under warranty and to give him a call if anything changes. His work is excellent and he was extremely professional and a clear communicator. When he was finished Randy left the project cleaner than he found it and disposed of all the remaining materials. He also wore a mask the whole time and wiped down everything he touched when he left.
