This place is electric. They can house many different types of venues. There is sports history. They keep it clean. They greet you at the entrance. Going through security was a breeze. Someone is always there to guide you. I was there recently for the 15th Wing Ding. Three categories are buffalo, dry rub, and specialty wings. There were some amazing wings there. But there were somecwings that were mid. After sampling all the wings I made my choice for the best. I had a great time. I was full. But I tried every wing that was there. There is plenty of garage parking. It was free for this even. Im grateful I had the opportunity to participate this year.

Black Rodeo was awesome. Started on time. Got there early so parking in the garage was speedy getting in and out. Very professional parking attendants who actually directed us in and out expeditiously. Getting in to the chaifetz was speedy as well . No problems the entire evening. Just fun fun fun. The show was great . DJ played great music to keep us entertained, the MC hosted humorous jokes and profile of each cowboy /cowgirl greatly. I loved all the games the same. Cowboys are fun but Cowgirls is where it's at. I loved watching all the girls get out there and do there thing just like the guys. It was great watching them groom the younger children as well to show off there talents. Food was good as well . Overall excellent show and night on the town.

Went here for Sabrina Carpenter 10/17/24, my only big complaint is how frustrating the parking was. They need more signs down the roads. We missed the turn in for the parking at first because we weren't sure if we even had the right spot. The workers were so nice though and were great at directing the traffic. The arena itself was nice though the seats are definitely on the smaller side which was a little annoying but usually for an arena. The only concessions I got were a pretzel which was a pretty standard soft pretzel and then two bottles of water. I don't know if the arena has a rule where you can't have a bottle but the worker did pour the bottles into cups. Which, in a busy arena is quite the inconvenience. We did end up spilling water on the floor by our seats. All in all good arena though and I had a great time.

I attended a Zac Brown Band concert here and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent acoustics and music quality. The atmosphere was both fun and safe.

What is there NOT to love about Chaifetz Arena?! This major venue on the campus of St. Louis University is perfection for what it was built for. Chaifetz Arena hosts tons of nationally touring concerts, and offer more niche offerings than other big arenas in town due in part to it's slightly smaller size. Getting to and from Chaifetz Arena is a breeze from the highway! There are multiple exits on 64/40 (which one do you usually say?) They offer paid parking in a massive structure on Lindell. But you have to walk to the entrance to Chaifetz Arena anyway, so you might as well find spots on the street. In fact, there are tons of great restaurants and breweries that offer nearby parking surrounding Chaifetz Arena, which is an added bonus. We recently went to a SLU Bilikens basketball game. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the arena before, during and even after the game! They were strict about checking vaccination cards when you walked in, so have it ready when you are walking up. They had many signs about wearing masks which was nice, but they did not enforce it. The concession stands offered your arena standards and plenty of Budweiser products to help make the event you're attending even more fun. I loved the atmosphere during the Bilikens game, and highly suggest making your way to Chaifetz Arena for a game soon!

Easy to access from the highway, and paid parking surrounding is moderately priced. We paid $15 directly across the street. Food pricing is the usual high price for any event, although the $5 hit dog wasn't bad. We had seats on the second level and had a good view of the court. The seats though are designed for skinny college kids, not adults. Sitting thru the game being squeezed to the point of being uncomfortable made the expo Erie center less than enjoyable for me. To be fair, we were sitting in the curve of the corner, a few seats down were much more agreeable with an aduLt. When buying tickets watch out for the narrow seats

Never would have thought our…read morefirst night's meal would have been some Cajun Creole food in St Louis style BBQ Country We were so pleased with our decision as their food rivaled anything in New Orleans. As an avid oyster lover, never would have guessed we would have the option for charred grilled oysters in Missouri. We demolished those in minutes and quickly moved on to our entree I ordered the jambalaya and the size the spices we're so flavorful. The shrimp was on point and the chicken almost tasted like seafood plus the andouille sausage was spicy without being too hot. They nailed the texture and firmness of the rice and highly recommend My wife went with the sampler platter and it was hard to tell between the etouffee, red beans and rice, gumbo, or jambalaya which was the best. I know tough decision to choose from but that was a slam dunk that we highly recommend! Walking throughout the establishment you could tell it totally had that Voodoo deep New Orleans vibe going on that makes you feel like it belongs in the French Quarters If you're ever in the Lou and in the mood for some good Creole Cajun food, this is the spot!

There are multiple options as far as seating. Each one is different from the next. The oysters are a must, take your pick how you want to try them but I would recommend the Oysters NOLA and the Voodoo Po'boy. The Sazerac is on the sweet side but don't let that dissuade you. Worth it. 100%.

I've never been to a bad show here. It also helps that there are other things to do and eat in the area. You want a date night rock show? This area is perfect for that. I'm prompted to this review because this last show was the first time I've sit up top. Results may vary from venue to venue when it comes to sitting up top. I'm not sure but in the future, I might opt to sit up top for every show. Sometimes you run the risk of the sound bouncing off back walls and ceilings which can make things miserable if you're catching the sound from multiple directions. I'm happy to report the sound is contained in this venue. To begin, all 4 of these bands have perfected their live sound. That definitely helps in small and large venues alike. If any of your favorites roll through here, you owe it to yourself to attend. The only peeve I had this time was the merch. It's a bit odd how this venue handles merch. There were multiple locations for the merch inside the venue. Dayseeker merch was in the big room up front but my question... why not put all the acts in one room? they were spread out which also led to mass confusion with multiple long lines snaking and intersecting with each other. Aside from that, A+ venue. Will continue visiting in the future.

I would always call the box office to be sure of the layout before buying tickets. I saw Qveen Herby and Thot Squad (May 20th) and it was a safe vibe of all types of people. The check in process was smooth and someone helped me to my seat up stairs. I enjoyed the show but my accessible seat kind of sucked because once folks stood up I couldn't see. I asked some other people to help me be a mood killer and kindly ask others to sit down, but the venue should adjust those seats one more time. Also they should go back to just being a smoking building because everyone was vaping and the smell of smoke and marijuana was very pronounced! Either crack down hard or let the people smoke it up. Accessibility note: there is not enough parking so get an uber or pray to the parking goddesses. There is stepless entry but if your seat is upstairs, you will need a proper staff member to key in the elevator for you. I waited over 10 minutes for assistance (they bought me a drink tomorrow ease that soreness). Bring headphones or ear plugs as the whole suite booms! Don't be afraid to tell folks down in front because you cannot see.

The staff... wow.. another story.. Outside bar had an AMAZING waitress, Jess, that truely made our nights and was so awesome and fun. Jess deserves a raise and if you go to Venice cafe avoid literally any bar tender except for Jess. The old lady bar tender on inside bar took two extra dollars from me (I guess thinking I wasn't gonna tip? ) despite me leaving three on the bar and me pointing it out to her. Then a very very large brown haired curly bearded man completely ignored me at the bar, at like 4pm it was me standing directly in front of the bar by myself while he had co convos and gave bar backs shots. I couldn't have made this up.. I couldn't think of anything to even say to address that wasnt not kind or out of pocket so I left. It was an unreal experience and from what I've heard about management just from patrons there they wouldn't care anyway, it was alienating and gross behavior. Venice cafe had a good reputation and it was on my list forever, but I've already shared with more of my groups that we can go somewhere else and be treated much better. I'd second guess this option unless Jess is working outside in the bar.
