Every act was incredible--everyone is so talented. Favorites acts of the night were: the Dogs, the trapeze, the kids who practice and perform at the City Museum, the runners...you'll just have to come and see! Don't miss the human cannonball during intermission. We did eat any of the food, but the prices seemed reasonable, medium for inflation prices.

Of course the event was on one of the coldest night we experience this past Winter in STL. For fashion, I decided to ditch my bulky coat in the truck and take the lighter instead. Fortunately, I arrived early and was able to find street parking close by and didn't have to endure the bitter cold too long Design: The architectural designs are breathe taken! It's something about "antique designs that I am always fascinated with. Food: My friend & I decided to have dinner at the restaurant next door (don't remember the name). I wanted to grab a drink at the Fox, however didn't want to miss out on any of the play standing in long lines. Service: Everyone hustled to get in after going through the metal detector or being scanned by security. There were staff members present to guide you to your seat. We attended a great concert there recently, which was a Def Leppard Tribute band. It was a great show. We can't wait to get back! They have a full lineup of shows heading into fall. There really aren't any food or snack options, at least not yet. There are plenty of drink choices, including water, soda and wines and seltzers. They also take credit card payments.

It's been a while since I have watched a show at the Muny. On this visit it was the classic…read moremusical, "South Pacific." The Muny is an outdoor theater in beautiful Forest Park. Parking can be a little crazy, but we were able to park in the lower and free parking lot. If you are disabled, you may want to get there extremely early or have someone drop you off. Even the closest disabled parking spot, it's still going to be a bit of a walk. There are lots of ramps and special disabled seating, if needed. Otherwise expect steps without a railing. The staff is very accommodating. There's really not a bad seat in the house, even the free seats are fairly good. The seats are quite close together so if you are a larger person, it's a tight fit if you have people on either side. The performance was incredibly professional and very good. The sound system and lighting were just right. I believe most shows start at 8 PM and have an intermission. When the shows are rather full, expect quite a wait to depart the area. It's definitely a must do in the Summer.
