Of course the event was on one of the coldest night we experience this past Winter in STL. For fashion, I decided to ditch my bulky coat in the truck and take the lighter instead. Fortunately, I arrived early and was able to find street parking close by and didn't have to endure the bitter cold too long Design: The architectural designs are breathe taken! It's something about "antique designs that I am always fascinated with. Food: My friend & I decided to have dinner at the restaurant next door (don't remember the name). I wanted to grab a drink at the Fox, however didn't want to miss out on any of the play standing in long lines. Service: Everyone hustled to get in after going through the metal detector or being scanned by security. There were staff members present to guide you to your seat. What an amazing theater!! An absolute great place to see a show. Really easy to Uber and get dropped off. Lines go quickly - quick metal detector scan, ticket check, and you're in! Artwork and decor is stunning! This is where you'll find many of your concessions stands as well as merchandise. If you're on the orchestra level, head straight to the back. Otherwise, take the elevator or stairs to the balcony. The rows are set steep, so watch your footing! The Curtain Call restaurant is a nice place to grab a bite before or after. Concessions inside are a bit expensive, to be expected. Bathrooms are located on most levels. read more

A beautiful and classy theater. I have been to the Fox numerous times due to the fact that they have a wide variety of different shows and experiences throughout the year. The prices are also moderate when compared to seeing a large production and often times cheaper than seeing a musical act at another concert venue. This review includes a visit to the Fox Club section. For this show of Hell's Kitchen, my ticket came with a reserved parking spot next to the theater with its own entrance. It does require steps but the accessible entrance is close by jf needed. The table came with filtered water and the menu had signature performance drinks, wine, beer, spirits, and food (including desserts). We had a glass of wine, signature cocktail (on the strong side), chicken quesadilla, Mediterranean flatbread, brownie volcano, and cookies with milk. It's been ages since I have been to the Fox, but it's just as majestic as last time. We saw Harry Potter and the cursed Child. The actors and actresses were fantastic and the screenplay, affects, song, in the whole production were very well done. The ushers were incredibly helpful in finding our seats in such a biggest establishment. The building is very clean on the inside and you can tell a lot of care goes into ensuring that it continues to be a smooth running operation. There were drinks served prior to the show, which was really nice as well. I just got a glass of wine and it was a great addition to an incredible play. read more

The Fox Theatre is a St. Louis landmark gem that is worth visiting just to see the inside of the theatre itself. Yes, it is that gorgeous inside. We signed up to be season ticket holders this year (I highly recommend this if you enjoy a variety of theatre). Our tickets are not in the most expensive section but we still have a great view of the stage. The excellent acoustics ensure that you will hear everything and be part of the stories regardless of where you sit. The ushers are very helpful guiding you to your seat. There is a side entrance for people to use if they have assistive devices (ex: walker). You can dress up with you want or just wear nice casual clothes if you don't feel like getting glitzy. The first show of the 2025 ticketholder season was "Life of Pi" which I didn't know much about prior to seeing it. The special effects and puppets really brought the story to life. read more

It is such a treat to have this beautiful venue for all kinds of events! We came to see Nikki Glaser, hometown comic to end her Alive and Unwell Tour. We sat in the balcony with a great view of the stage and also of the ornate ceiling! I love this space for any event. The only downside is waiting in line for the bar, it is not a quick process. We had parking right near the venue and were able to exit quickly and easily, get to our car, and on our way. read more

Ive been to The Fabulous Fox many times to see some great musicals. This visit was a 90 minute tour. John was our tour guide and he did a fantastic job. We got to see the private movie viewing room downstairs, Peacock Alley and the theatre itself. We could go backstage because there was a production that day. So, if you are planning a tour, you may want to check the calendar so you can go back stage where many of the celebrity autographed walls are at. And stand on the stage which is overwhelming! Had an amazing evening with my sis at The Fox Theatre. We had box seats, courtesy of her work, for The Wiz performance. We got there early so we could explore and take in all the beautiful architecture of The Fox. The organist played as we strolled through. The staff was extremely friendly and well accommodating. This building is a treasure in itself, let alone top quality performances. I'll be scheduling a narrated tour of the theatre in the future so I can take in more of its beauty. Saw Life of Pi. Usually sit in orchestra but I read that this show is best seen from the Mezzanine for the visual effects projected on the stage and I agree. Definitely recommend seeing Life Of Pi from above! Great puppetry and visual effects as well as acting and stage sets. Wonderful show all the way around. I had not read the book or seen the movie and thought it was easy to follow and understand the story. read more

Another wonderful at The Fox! We recently saw Six and had a wonderful time, our limited view seats gave us a pleasant surprise with how 'unlimited' they really were. We had a positive guest experience from an employee. My cousin dropped her license on the way in while still outside the theatre. Once we got inside and realized it was missing we only had a few minutes to get to our seats before the show began and decided to look for the ID on the way back to the car. To our pleasant surprise a Fox employee was waiting at our seats with her ID as it already had been found. We were truly impressed with how quickly they were able to address a missing ID! We didn't catch her name, but thank you to the employee who returned the ID! read more

We spent close to $1,000 for ten tickets in the balcony section, the fees were astronomical. My kids couldn't see, it was extremely hot, the elevators were a nightmare, and the show started late. The sound was also terrible there was so much we couldn't hear. Guest services wasn't much help, It was a great experience for the kids but I don't see us ever coming back. read more

The Fox theatre is so grand and beautiful! I just seen Mrs.Doubtfire. It was unbelievably good! The main actor was so talented- many voices, he did Mrs.Doubtfire voice perfectly! The young girl that played the daughter (the 15 yr old) had an awesome voice! I would go to a concert just to hear her sing!! We parked in the parking garage for $15 and it was an easy walk in and if you go out of the stage left side of building you can walk right into the garage. That makes it very convenient! It was a great experience. It always is! They have specials they send out at the end of the month if you do ever buy tickets, you will receive those notices. I loved it! read more

This was my first time at the Fox Theater! I was taken back by the stunning detail on both the exterior and interior design of the building. They have four lines and it ensures a quick entrance, I appreciated that. As expected drinks and snacks were pricey, paid $11 for two water bottles. The reason I give them four stars is because I wish they ensured guests had a good experience by calling out disrupters or simply removing them. I feel like a light tap or warning could enhance the guest experience. I went to see The Musical Tina Turner. It was awesome, no complaints at all. Parking was reasonable at $15 and right across the street from the theater. Getting in venue was speedy and in a straight formation. Staff was friendly and helpful directing us to our seats and restrooms. Drinks were strong and sensational. Ordered a double shot Tito's and pineapple for $18 . The performance was phenomenal. Three hours of entertainment. Singing , storyline and costumes were executed very well. Best performance I have seen in a long time. Will definitely be back for more shows at this venue! read more

What's not to love about the Fabulous Fox?! It's a beautiful historic theater and they consistently bring fantastic shows to St. Louis. They do a great job of checking people into the theater and lines move quickly. The bartenders are hard-working and speedy and the restrooms are always super clean and well attended. While the theater is quite old, the seating is still very comfortable and I've always been happy with the seating I've purchased whether it was in the balcony or orchestra pit. This my first time seeing Wicked and I thought it was good. I've been to many events here including seeing Richard Harris' last run of Camelot, Harry Connick Junior's Christmas concert, Duran Duran, Hamilton, Phantom of the Opera, and list goes on. A family member was even married here! Born and raised in St. Louis "The Fox" is ingrained in our DNA. I believe it is one of our most treasured attractions for out of town visitors and hometown patrons alike. read more
