This place is a joke.. They do shoddy work. The owner has the gift of gab and believes that he…read moreknows everything and customers don't. That's probably true for some, maybe, possibly, the majority, but there are those who do. They may not be "subject matter experts", but it's not rocket science. The owner, Dana, tries to paint himself t in the light and believes he's always right. He doesn't want the truth out there that may paint a bad, yet true, picture. He may have his hair share of happy customers, yet I'd be willing to bet, that summer of them have no idea what was, or was not done, they just "trusted" that the job was done, and done right. Please educate yourselves on the totality of damage to your vehicle has, what's needing find, what else may have been impacted, what's being done, as well as if it was actually done, not to mention if it was done properly, and professionally. Just remember, they're getting paid no matter what, whether it be you that pays, your insurance company, your deductible (you), and your insurance, or even the other person's insurance. So, I won't mention the insurance fraud that took place, I just ask that before you take your vehicle here, or any other place for that matter, please take the time to maybe learn something new. Your vehicle just may be YOUR LIFELINE, it's not theirs. Worry more about the mechanical, working parts that make, or help, the vehicle go down the road, not how pretty, or nice it looks. I couldn't give no stars, because overall, I definitely would have. Lastly, and this doesn't necessarily point to this business, just hopefully your decision making processes in life. This is for everyone that trusts people until given a reason not to. TRUST and RESPECT, both, should never be just given, it is to be earned.
And no, I'm not saying to be disrespectful, I'm referring to TRUE respect.
