I've already paid Kevin's auto repair $425 for nothing and wasted so much money and stranded living at my job since 12/16/2025!!!! Kevin's auto repair are criminals fair warning. This has ruined my life! Response: first of all not living in my jeep I have a home in Miami, OK but uber is damn expensive back and forth to home when I work 12 hour shifts as a crisis specialist! And the driveshaft has nothing to do with driving back and forth to joplin for work I haven't been to Disney since last summer when I found out I have to get a modified front driveshaft for my jeep and when I do go to Disney I stay on trails that are not rough for it! I said I had money to repair it but after I was told it was only going to be $312 I paid my bills for the month! And I never said I have no responsibilities that is a lie too!!!You're absolutely evil. My hobby and what I do with my jeep to cope with the stuff I see for work is not negligence it is absolutely self-care for me to be out in nature so I can help folks. This time I bought a cash car, and the guy who sold it to me, screwed me. Then I took my car to Dry Fork, only for them to lie to me and try to take thousands. Please educate yourselves on the totality of damage to your vehicle has, what's needing find, what else may have been impacted, what's being done, as well as if it was actually done, not to mention if it was done properly, and professionally. Just remember, they're getting paid no matter what, whether it be you that pays, your insurance company, your deductible (you), and your insurance, or even the other person's insurance. So, I won't mention the insurance fraud that took place, I just ask that before you take your vehicle here, or any other place for that matter, please take the time to maybe learn something new. Your vehicle just may be YOUR LIFELINE, it's not theirs. Worry more about the mechanical, working parts that make, or help, the vehicle go down the road, not how pretty, or nice it looks. If it doesn't need replacing they won't replace it. These days it's easy to look out what prices on what parts cost and Hatfield doesn't overcharge you like you expect at the dealer. On the repair I paid what I was quoted. No extra, oh we forgot to tell you that kind of stuff. They work on your car like you would if you knew what you were doing. Over the years I've gone to Pep Boys, Toyota and Chevy dealerships and other repair shops and I would trust Hatfield to work on both of my cars if they break down. The rest of the car works fine so there was no need to get a new/used car. Since the engine has been replaced it runs like new, gets 31.6 miles to the gallon and is back on the road 7 days a week. I also got a warranty on the engine 1 year or 12,000 miles both parts and labor included in the price. Was also provided a receipt that included that engine had been replaced with the mileage, and the mileage that the car had on it when it was replaced if and when I sell the car.

When…read moreI checked to see if the parts came in, the girl in the office said " opps, out of site, out of mind". I waited in the office to make sure the parts were ordered before I left. I called a week later and the parts were in, but they didn't tell me. I brought the car in the following Monday. They had it for about 5 hours. They charged 1 hour to clean the broken glass. They charged to remove the seats to clean the glass from the floor. They then decided to charge an extra 2 hours to detail the car. When I picked the car up, it had glass in the glove box, glass between the seats, glass in the driver's side window seal, the mirror switch did not work and the drivers door card was delaminated and punctured. The 2 hr detail was smearing dirt in the front of the car. They said they would order a new mirror switch. Over 2 months and haven't heard from them. The drivers panel is now rattling when the window is down. Total bill was just under 1000.00
