I called Redemption Motorsports because of all the amazing things I have heard about the shop. They got my car in the same day! I then found out that they are an Authorized Mishimoto Dealer and decided that I was just going to replace anything and everything related to my cooling system. They had to order the parts from Mishimoto which only took a few days to get. In the meantime, they kept my car in the shop where it was safe instead of putting it outside like any other shop would do. When they started working on my car they noticed some other things that needed replaced. Paige called me immediately and already had a quote ready. I will put a list of everything I did below. I cannot stress enough how amazing this shop is and how fair they are. They are good honest people who treat you with respect and don't try to take you for everything you have. Honestly when I was there they made me feel like family, what other shop is like that around here??? If you are looking for the best place to get your vehicle worked on look no further, you just found it. They honestly deserve more than five stars but that's all it will let me give. A+++. I've already paid Kevin's auto repair $425 for nothing and wasted so much money and stranded living at my job since 12/16/2025!!!! Kevin's auto repair are criminals fair warning. This has ruined my life! Response: first of all not living in my jeep I have a home in Miami, OK but uber is damn expensive back and forth to home when I work 12 hour shifts as a crisis specialist! Asshole! I could have fixed the Tran pan later! You're not helping me at all you're hurting me more and more. I could have been told it was the transmission the day it got to y'all!!! Self righteous jack ass and I was told later that it would only cost $312 for the safety switch!!! So more lies!!! And the driveshaft has nothing to do with driving back and forth to joplin for work I haven't been to Disney since last summer when I found out I have to get a modified front driveshaft for my jeep and when I do go to Disney I stay on trails that are not rough for it! I said I had money to repair it but after I was told it was only going to be $312 I paid my bills for the month! And I never said I have no responsibilities that is a lie too!!!You're absolutely evil. My hobby and what I do with my jeep to cope with the stuff I see for work is not negligence it is absolutely self-care for me to be out in nature so I can help folks. Which of course you don't understand at all clearly. I was trying to stress to you the importance to me of my jeep not be judged by you!!!

My friend later took her car to there and without a mechanic even looking at it the female office manager or receptionist informed my friend it would be over $700 to have it fixed. My friend also got the impression that the women was smug and assumed she couldn't afford it. She obviously just wasn't pleasant to deal with. What I found alarming is that Sears said that a compressor would cost me $200-300. I know replacing the compressor is not that difficult of a job. I took the car to another shop and the whole job cost me $380. The A/C works great and I couldn't be happier. Obviuosly this place is out to rip off customers and I would find another shop to work with. BTW I took the car to Grant's Automotive in Carthage. I am extremely happy with the whole experience.

If it doesn't need replacing they won't replace it. These days it's easy to look out what prices on what parts cost and Hatfield doesn't overcharge you like you expect at the dealer. On the repair I paid what I was quoted. No extra, oh we forgot to tell you that kind of stuff. They work on your car like you would if you knew what you were doing. Over the years I've gone to Pep Boys, Toyota and Chevy dealerships and other repair shops and I would trust Hatfield to work on both of my cars if they break down. The rest of the car works fine so there was no need to get a new/used car. Since the engine has been replaced it runs like new, gets 31.6 miles to the gallon and is back on the road 7 days a week. I also got a warranty on the engine 1 year or 12,000 miles both parts and labor included in the price. Was also provided a receipt that included that engine had been replaced with the mileage, and the mileage that the car had on it when it was replaced if and when I sell the car.
