My wife and I are new to the area so we don't always know where to take our vehicle for service. We want somebody we can trust who does good for the community cares for their employees as well as the customers. Small family owned businesses like this or what keep America running. I am a navy veteran and I know this company does great things for first responders and military veterans. Not only are they good at what they do work wise, but they are good at what they do internally. I had my oil changed nothing more nothing less Everything went smooth. They did refer me to a company to install the windshield. They did a perfect job everything went well. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Took my car in to find out why it wouldn't start after it ran out of gas. They told me it had sugar in the gas because they checked for pH level, which indicated sugar. Internet said sugar does not have a pH value and would not prevent car from starting. There would also be a kettle corn smell when running. I did not believe that since I had a locking gas gap so I checked the gas tank myself and it had water in it from the damaged gas can I used when it ran out of gas. The gas can had mostly water in it instead of gas. Easy fix compared to their $1600 they wanted to fix it. Water does have a pH value. read more

I received a flyer in the mail advertising 360 Auto and their various services along with a $36.00 oil change special. The advertisement had a section on why to choose 360 Auto, what caught my eye was they would come pick-up your car, perform the service then return your vehicle, this was very attractive to me as i am disabled and wheelchair bound. I called 360 Auto to schedule an appointment for a service and take advantage of their pick up service, this is when I was told they do not offer this, I explained that their advertisement clearly stated that they did! The gentleman told me that he was going to have to talk to his boss the. Placed me on hold for several. Minutes, I believe he'd hoped I would ha g up, when he came back he said couldn't pick up and deliver for just an oil change, n now, to be entirely fair he did offer to get me an Uber if I wanted to bring the car to them, but couldn't promise the Uber could take my wheelchair. I told the gentleman that I felt like this was false advertising as they print they will do something that that actually don't! I'm new to the area and I, like everyone else, was looking for a place that did good work and was reasonable. I found it. They do excellent work and are very friendly and helpful. The service consultant, or front desk guy as I call him, was so helpful at every step. He is Eric Fleming. He is very friendly and helpful. I am not real tech savvy and he even helped me apply for a loaner car, They needed information on my insurance on the computer. This guy must put on 20 miles a day on his feet. He is at the front desk, then he is in the shop, then he is in the office, and then he is outside getting the car ready for inspection. Eric, the mechanic who checked my car took me into the auto shop and showed me what had to be done and why. He also wrote up the estimate. Very good service. Then Rich came out and went over the estimate with me. Also very good service. I told them I had to think about it. There was no high pressure. There wasn't even low pressure. So I decided to trust them and I am glad I did. Then I had a problem with the loaner car. It was my fault not the cars. So I called 360. I told them the problem and Eric F. said he would send someone to help me. I was about 10 minutes away from the shop. In less then 15 minutes Shane, the owner of 360 showed up. In less then 1 minute he had the problem fixed. He was so polite. I apologized for my ignorance and for bothering him. He said it was no bother and he wanted to go for a ride anyway (he came out on his motorcycle). He was very understanding and kept reassuring me that I wasn't a pain in the butt. So everybody I dealt with there was very helpful and polite. This is where I take my cars from now on. read more

Super long story short... We took our 2012 Outback here several times for the same problem. Every time we took it they kept it for several days and we wouldn't hear anything until I called them. They would say the car wouldn't mess up with them and that they were short on mechanics. Then they would tell us it was one thing fix it and it would cost more than a thousand dollars. We would get the car back only to have it NOT fixed and then have to take it back. Then they would say they found the problem and we would have to pay several hundred more dollars. The last time it was (for the same problem) there they told me it was something totally different and it was going to be over two thousand dollars. So I paid ANOTHER diagnostic fee of $95 and picked it up, drove it up the street to Ivy's shop and let them look at it overnight. They told me the engine needed replaced. All that time and THOUSANDS of dollars spent on a car that had a bad engine to begin with! Do NOT take your vehicle there! I wish I didn't have to give even one star! read more
