I called Redemption Motorsports because of all the amazing things I have heard about the shop. They got my car in the same day! I then found out that they are an Authorized Mishimoto Dealer and decided that I was just going to replace anything and everything related to my cooling system. They had to order the parts from Mishimoto which only took a few days to get. In the meantime, they kept my car in the shop where it was safe instead of putting it outside like any other shop would do. When they started working on my car they noticed some other things that needed replaced. Paige called me immediately and already had a quote ready. I will put a list of everything I did below. I cannot stress enough how amazing this shop is and how fair they are. They are good honest people who treat you with respect and don't try to take you for everything you have. Honestly when I was there they made me feel like family, what other shop is like that around here??? I had my spark plugs, wires, all fluids, and serpentine belt changed on my 1999 Ford F150 pick up…read moreafter purchasing it used. The number seven cylinder spark plug came out. This is common with these Fords, but it did not damage the threads or the block. This indicated that it was not properly torque or tightened and came loose. This left me stranded 45 miles from home pulling a trailer with my Harley. I went to Mealman's and talked to the owner. Keith, he took no ownership and offered no compensation. I paid a friend to tow me, my trailer and my Harley home and had to spend $100 at O'Reillys as they do not sell just one spark plug wire. One wire was burnt due to this event. He continued to make excuses and even said he's never seen the firing tip do this. It was broken because it blew out of the block and hit and bounced around and arced multiple places under the hood. I am very disappointed. I wouldn't have even expected money back if he simply would've said he or his help made a mistake. Instead, he said you should've brought it in. I would've looked at it and not charged you if it was our fault. That estimate was $300-$700 to fix this issue if it needed a heli coil like we had assumed. That is why I did it myself. Don't let yourself be taken advantage of. I really thought it would be different as I had heard that he was a Christian, honest, and fair. I really thought Mealmans was different. Shucks, shame on me. Never again!

Two week ago I had my 2009 Toyota Corollas engine replaced at Hatfield and it's been running great…read more If you're tired of dealing with repair places and dealers that give you the run-around on what may or may not be wrong with your car visit Hatfield and they'll give you a straight answer. If it doesn't need replacing they won't replace it. These days it's easy to look out what prices on what parts cost and Hatfield doesn't overcharge you like you expect at the dealer. On the repair I paid what I was quoted. No extra, oh we forgot to tell you that kind of stuff. They work on your car like you would if you knew what you were doing. Over the years I've gone to Pep Boys, Toyota and Chevy dealerships and other repair shops and I would trust Hatfield to work on both of my cars if they break down. The rest of the car works fine so there was no need to get a new/used car. Since the engine has been replaced it runs like new, gets 31.6 miles to the gallon and is back on the road 7 days a week. I also got a warranty on the engine 1 year or 12,000 miles both parts and labor included in the price. Was also provided a receipt that included that engine had been replaced with the mileage, and the mileage that the car had on it when it was replaced if and when I sell the car.
