I was on the third leg of five, visiting an armload of friends in a handful of states…read more(IA-MI-IA-MO-CO-IA.) Sunday night at Wendy's, tried fixing my taillight (been on, but not blinking) and killed it completely. Got that fixed, oil changed, fluids checked, and one Of the filters replaced for a low sixty bucks. And this was me (upon local friend's recommendation) coming in on Monday at 11am, it was done in at most 70 minutes (after the first two legs I had at least that much phone backlog to keep me occupied :-D ), and that includes the 15m to order the filter in. I told them I'd give them a good review, but between my laziness, business, and yelp making me go through hoops, it's been nearly a fortnight. So sorry for the extra time your average review was one. Now it's three. :-)

This was the only place in town that was able to get my oil changed without a 2-hour wait. The…read moredownside to that was everything else. The price shown for the oil change does not include labor costs, which I would totally have no problem with. Unfortunately, they quoted me one price for the oil change, $41 and some change plus tax, then ended up charging me extra once I cashed out because "the oil filter for my car model ('09 Chevy Cobalt) is a different type," and it was "probably too late" for them to inform me of the price difference once they started changing the filter. I told the gentleman at the counter that I was quoted one price initially, and that they should have known what type of filter my car required and informed me of the correct price, however the difference in amount was not returned to me. When I left, the gentleman said, "Thanks. See you again." I responded, "No, you won't." I will not do business with any company, person, or organization that is dishonest and lacks integrity. I will not do business with this company again, and I would urge anyone else thinking of doing so to reconsider.

They are fair and give quotes before starting any work on your vehicle. Thank y'all for y'all's kindness and care.

I took my truck into their shop after getting a check engine lights scanned at o'Reilly's. the…read moreengine light was for an o2 sensor. The shop said they needed to replace the turbo for my truck as that could cause the issue. After paying $2,700 for the turbo replacement. I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.
