They are fair and give quotes before starting any work on your vehicle. The first time my vehicle…read morewas there they didn't even charge me anything because they wanted the transmission checked on it once I got that safety switch replaced they were willing to fix the rest of my repairs and they're even making sure it isn't just things needing cleaned better for it to work properly first before they charged me for new parts. Thank y'all for y'all's kindness and care.

I took my truck into their shop after getting a check engine lights scanned at o'Reilly's. the…read moreengine light was for an o2 sensor. The shop said they needed to replace the turbo for my truck as that could cause the issue. After paying $2,700 for the turbo replacement. I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.

I was in Joplin for a long weekend when my air started blowing warm. I called shops all over town…read moreand was told Monday was the soonest I could be seen, even given my situation. Despite having a packed garage, Kevin squeezed my car right in and got my air blowing cold again! Judging from the conversations I had in the waiting room, I definitely found the right place. 10/10 highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible place asked them to get my jeep drive able after it stalled out on me in dollar…read moregeneral parking lot on Main Street...had a rebuilt transmission in it warranties for two years and the two years mark is up on that warranty 01/15/2026....they have kept my jeep throwing more things to do with it and making me pay almost $1400 now just to find out from the guy who rebuilt my transmission that Kevin's auto repair is taking me for all my money and he needs to fix my transmission now. I've already paid Kevin's auto repair $425 for nothing and wasted so much money and stranded living at my job since 12/16/2025!!!! Kevin's auto repair are criminals fair warning. This has ruined my life! Response: first of all not living in my jeep I have a home in Miami, OK but uber is damn expensive back and forth to home when I work 12 hour shifts as a crisis specialist! Asshole! I could have fixed the Tran pan later! You're not helping me at all you're hurting me more and more. I could have been told it was the transmission the day it got to y'all!!! Self righteous jack ass and I was told later that it would only cost $312 for the safety switch!!! So more lies!!! And the driveshaft has nothing to do with driving back and forth to joplin for work I haven't been to Disney since last summer when I found out I have to get a modified front driveshaft for my jeep and when I do go to Disney I stay on trails that are not rough for it! I said I had money to repair it but after I was told it was only going to be $312 I paid my bills for the month! And I never said I have no responsibilities that is a lie too!!!You're absolutely evil. My hobby and what I do with my jeep to cope with the stuff I see for work is not negligence it is absolutely self-care for me to be out in nature so I can help folks. Which of course you don't understand at all clearly. I was trying to stress to you the importance to me of my jeep not be judged by you!!!

great people with an honest attitude and if they can't help you they won't waste your time or try…read moreto over sell you on repairs. They are a little bit out of the way but I like that, the lot has a nice fence around it and I feel safe leaving my cars there over night. I think the women who picks up the phone could work a little on her customer service skills but once in the shop anyone I've talked to were friendly and open. I like that they are AAA endorsed and associated with Napa but independent.

Instead, I was stuck there for an outrageous hour and 17 minutes for something that should have taken 20 minutes max. And that's being generous. I've changed these bulbs myself before. It's a 5-7 minute job with two bolts to remove. The inspection itself? 10-15 minutes, tops. Then came the real slap in the face: $76!! $12 for the inspection. $64 for labor. - TO INSTALL BULBS I PROVIDED. At no point did anyone bother to tell me how long this would take, or what it would cost. And when I rightfully called them out on it, the employee had the nerve to be dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing my concerns, he sarcastically asked, "Well, why didn't you do it yourself?" To which I replied, "Because I can't do an inspection myself, and I thought it would be easier to do them at the same time." For comparison, I called another local shop after the fact. They quoted me $10-$15 for the same job, plus the $12 inspection. And guess what? They would have had it done in a fraction of the time. Let me be crystal clear: AutoHaus ripped me off! They wasted my time, overcharged me, and treated me like my concerns didn't matter. If you value your money and your patience, take your business elsewhere.
