Burgers - smash type - Ahhhhhhhhmazing. Every ingredient actually does what it is supposed to: add to the elevation of the burger. Fresh crisp veggies, juicy meat, melty cheese, thick bacon, buttery buns...my mouth is watering right now just thinking about it. The fries are homemade style and seasoned to perfection. I asked the front counter for extra seasoning before tasting the fries and in true down home family fashion they instructed me to taste them first...they were right! No need for extra seasoning and they weren't salty either. Only downside- I'd like more fries in my combo. Even with that being said the cost of a combo is still appropriately priced. Let me clear and say there is a certain caliber of burger I enjoy because my grandpa owned a burger stand in the 90s. This is a hidden gem. This is run by a mom and son (Chris) business. Ambiance: This place is located on a small corner spot within the plaza. There is selective parking and about 4 tables to dine in. Great music to listen to while you dine and one tv for possible sporting event. Service: Basically, it's your neighborhood mom just wanting to feed the family with some good food. Specifically, hamburgers. Mom was exceptional pleasant and her son was truly grateful. They work as a great team to provide great service to their customers and want to make sure that you are provided with everything you need. Food: I like that mom stated that it will take about 10 minutes for my order to be completed. This is great news because everything was cooked to order and everything is fresh. The fresh cut fries are the real stars but the burger is a strong 2nd. Not to take away from the burgers but fresh cut fries is awesome. The drinks and even though I didn't have any cakes that were offered, they definitely looked good as well. Overall: I truly recommend check this establishment out. There are no words for how exceptional this place is. From the time you walk in the door to the most AMAZING burgers I have ever had in my life, Chadeni's definitely DID NOT disappoint. Owned by two of the sweetest people you could ever meet, this Mother and Son duo makes some fantastic food. We ordered three double burgers with all the fixings and they came piping hot and seasoned to perfection. We could not get out the parking lot before finishing our food. Be warned... THIS PLACE TAKES FOREVER!!! Great if you are ordering ahead of time to pick up, or have a leisurely lunch. We had exactly one hour for our lunch break for a training nearby, and we all ended up needing to take our food to go (took 20 mins to place my order, and another 20 minutes to produce the food). Soooo... as you can see from the picture, I had already taken a bite before I remembered I needed to take pics. Well anywho, I enjoyed the Black Bean Burger after finally getting a chance to try it. It's wholesome with a great taste, an avocado ranch type dressing, tomato, onions, & lettuce on what tasted like a potato bun that was browned. I added a slice of chocolate cake for dessert... Superb!!! Then I got surprised. Charles comes out the kitchen with a Mushroom Pepperjack joint that's better to me than the black bean. The pickle on it sets it off in contrast to a little heat produced by the jalapeños. This joint will make you slap the hell outta somebody! I was treated well and able to enjoy the two Vegetarian Joints on the menu. Listen, the owner is just as nice and sweet as she can be and the cook Charles is just "Good People"! Tried Chadeni's for dinner delivery on a Saturday night. Made the order around 6:30. They close at 8 pm. It was quickly delivered, but we were definitely disappointed. The burgers did not look like any pics I've seen. We could barely taste it because it was ridiculously thin. Definitely not a quarter pound as their website states. Sadly, I'm not over exaggerating. I can't tell you if it was good because it was barely there. All we could taste was bread. We added bacon and both had one little piece that was split in half. In addition to that, it was barely a handful of fries with the order. I'm guessing that MAYBE this was because they were close to closing time and didn't have enough product prepped. I definitely wanted to love them. I always try to give restaurants at least 2 tries, so we'll try again one day because I really think this must have been a fluke based on the previous reviews. read more

This place has fantastic burgers. My bread was deliciously prepared (buttery good), the meat was moist, the ingredients fresh, and the overall taste was perfect. I am picky about fries and I really enjoyed the particular blend of seasoning used. The prices were also surprisingly good, especially for the quality. Chadeni's doesn't seem to get the traffic of the next door Kendall Karson's, but it really should. Check it out next time you're in the area and in the mood for a solid burg. read more

I came here today and tried the single burger and the sock it to me cake. Wow! The burger was seasoned to perfection and moist. The bread was soft and fresh. There is nothing worse than a dried out/burnt bland burger with stale bread. Well this place got it RIGHT! That sock it to me cake was BOMB. Fresh, flavorful, and the icing was on point. Two young workers were working the counter but they were very professional and customer service was attentive. Usually I'm next door at my favorite spot Kendall Karsons but decided to switch it up and go for a burger today. First time customer and I will be back for sure.
