My son recently had his first keloid removed, and the dermatologist took the time to explain every step of the procedure directly to him. As a parent, I truly appreciated that he treated my son with respect, answered our questions patiently, and made what could have been an intimidating experience feel calm and reassuring. The procedure itself was quick, efficient, and expertly performed. I was especially impressed that the tissue was sent to pathology as part of a thorough standard of care, and that we left with a clear plan for follow-up injections and long-term prevention. As someone who struggled with keloids myself when I was younger, this procedure meant more to me than I can express. Knowing my son is receiving such thoughtful, evidence-based care brings me tremendous peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, compassion, and excellence. We are incredibly grateful and feel fortunate to have found such an outstanding practice. I would recommend this office without hesitation.

I've had a great experience each time, and they successfully treated me for several minor issues. I was never rushed and any questions I had were always answered. I had been out of town for several years and when I called for an appointment, I was told I would be considered a new patient and that I would have to wait about 6 months for an appointment. When I explained that I had a very concerning mole, the person on the fone repeated I would be treated as a new patient and that I would get an appointment in 6 months. When I said, okay, what would the receptionist recommend I do, she repeated I would be treated as a new patient and would be seen in six months. I then asked if Dr Aria had a standby physician whom I could see. The receptionist then again stated I would be a treated as a new patient and I could be seen in six months. I might as well have just gotten voice mail on a loop. When I said to her that she was merely repeating the same thing over and over again, she hung up. I called again, got a man and made an appointment six months in advance. But, then I found out they simply cancelled my appointment. Is Dr. Aria running a medical practice? By the way, in the past, when I went for my appointment, the office staff had me answer verbally on the phone all the medical questions they had (some of which were confidential) while sitting in the parking lot for anyone to overhear. There does not seem to be a care in the world about HIPPA. Good luck with this physician and her office staff. The Doctor came highly recommended on NextDoor. But, I don't think I would write a good review given my experiences with this doctor and, in particular, her office staff. What an abomination!

She is also not the kind of doctor who will take one look and be like, - Oh this little problem of yours, it will be gone in no time. She will take her time to explain the symptoms, not promise me random miracles and be upfront of what the consequences/ results of the treatment will be. The fact that I have stuck to her as my dermatologist since 2012, given her uber rude/ nonchalant/ non-accommodating staff is testament to how good she exactly is! More than once, I have heard the staff make comments (sometimes rude ones), about other patients. Getting an appointment is TOUGH and usually making an appointment before you leave the office is best. IF you ever need to cancel, God help you! Their staff will not make it a pleasant experience. In terms of waiting time, it is usually consistent between 10 - 20 minutes. However, I have had appointments where I waited less than 5 minutes and the one like last time where I waited an hour! I have usually seen that coming in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time helps a lot. However, I do love coming to Dr. Wolfe for her expertise, her bedside manner and her general disdain towards over medication. I would happily give this place 5 stars had the front desk staff been nicer.

The office, itself, is old AF, but Dr. Colon was kind and knowledgeable. I waited in the waiting room for less than five minutes, and that included the time to fill out paperwork. I was called back within moments where I was asked a series of thorough questions and waited maybe four more minutes before the doctor actually came to take a look at my skin. She was very transparent, but also had a good bedside manner. She didn't make me feel like there was anything wrong with my skin, which is experiencing some hormonal, acne, and she got me going with a great plan. I'll check back in in a few months with updates on how my treatment plan is going, but in the meantime, I'm super impressed. Even though I had already completed the new patient application online, they asked me to complete it again. After doing that, I waited another 15 minutes before asking the front desk about the delay, and they told me the doctor was running behind. That would have been helpful to know earlier. Eventually, they called me back to a room where I spoke with the nurse practitioner. She left and said the doctor would arrive shortly. After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked the front desk again about the delay, but they didn't have an answer. The nurse practitioner came back once more and said the doctor was on his way. Five minutes later, he finally arrived, spent less than five minutes with me, and walked out. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I will not be returning.

Arrived early for my appointment as was requested to fill out their new patient forms. I asked for honest answer on how long is the wait. My daughter, the patient, wanted to get her homework done in the car if it's going to be a long wait. I wanted go to the next building for something cold to drink. The receptionist assured me that it won't be longer than 20 min even though it was jammed packed. She said that most people came as a group & not everyone in the room were patients. It's been 110 min since we got here but still haven't seen the doctor. I wish I hadn't paid the $40 copay when we arrived. We would've left by now. This place is ridiculous. Waiting area is starting to empty out. I hope the doctor is worth the wait or we won't be returning. Update: The room we were led had a working AC. Doctor spent 5 minutes with us. So, the 2 hour wait wasn't due to spending time with the patients. The excellent thing, however, is that the doctor didn't try to sell us bunch of creams he had displayed in the waiting area. He went straight for the medications that were needed. He assured us that for the next 6-7 months, while seeing his assistant, the wait will be only 5 min. Hmm~ Initially I gave the office 1 star but I now moved it to 3. Hopeful about the future. Who knows? Next month I might give it 5 stars.

A very knowledgeable and friendly member of their team discussed my skin concerns and I scheduled an appointment for the introductory special. The price was reasonable and I did not mind paying up front. When I arrived, Sara, the Receptionist made me feel very welcome. My consultation began immediately in a comfortable private office after I was given a bottle of water (Deer Park spring water, not "purified water" which I appreciated!). They used a high-tech device to photograph and analyze my face. The report compared my skin to the redness, pore size, sun damage, and wrinkles to a national database of women my age. I was shocked at the amount of sun damage the device revealed, which was far more than I'd noticed with the naked eye. I purchased additional items above those in my prepaid package, but I felt well cared for and that each team member mastered their field. I will implement the skin care improvements they suggested and return for another service. For subsequent visits, the technology can compare and detail improvements in my skin's condition.
