He replied the next business day and then we set a time to come look. When he showed up and investigated a full under master bath and laundry room re-plumbing and venting project, he was very cordial and confident. We talked about price and agreed. He did negotiate with me and gave me some discount. He knocked out the project the next day in about 6 hours of hard work, plus a long trip to the plumbing supply house. Long day for him but a decent pay day and he did a wonderful job. He's former military and super busy. So you can expect a respectful and capable man who seems to keep his word. Working with ARD Home Services and EliteHome Services (who, conveniently, keep rebranding) was one of the worst experiences I've had. Despite numerous attempts to get them to complete the door painting and installation, they constantly ignored me and came up with excuse after excuse. When they finally showed up--after holding onto my $6,800 for over a month--the work they delivered was abysmal. The quality was atrocious, and they didn't even bother to remove the stickers before painting. I've attached photos for reference. Save yourself the frustration and money--avoid them at all costs. It's been over a week since my last attempt to reach out, and I've heard nothing. After multiple service visits, the technician determined there was a manufacturing defect and offered us the option to replace it with another Chamberlain or upgrade to a LiftMaster. We agreed to the LiftMaster upgrade for the additional $226. Unfortunately, dealing with the owner was extremely frustrating. Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and after initially agreeing to the $226 upgrade, we were later told the LiftMaster would be full price. After pushing back, they ultimately honored the original $226 agreement. Then, when the technician arrived, we were unexpectedly told we needed larger brackets for another $200. This cost had never been discussed beforehand, leaving us feeling put on the spot. We later found comparable brackets online for approximately $5-$35. I do want to recognize Jessica, who was consistently helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Our frustration is with the owner's handling of the situation and the lack of transparency and communication. The LiftMaster was eventually installed, but the overall experience involved far too much back-and-forth, unexpected costs, and poor communication. We would not recommend this company.

Did a search for locksmiths. First one to hit me back was Arman. After a short text back, he said give him 35 or 40 minutes. Well he got here in maybe 25. So were off to a good start already. They didn't dawdle, exchanged a couple of howdies, got right to work. Within 10 minutes, trunk was popped, keys retrieved, crisis averted. This was more than amazing.
