Absolutely outstanding service from Legacy Plumbing!…read more I had what I thought was going to be a simple toilet repair, but it turned out the toilet itself needed to be replaced due to some poor craftsmanship from previous companies. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber. Five stars all around!

The Plumber rescued me!…read more I watched water gush out from a pipe I just accidentally cut while trying to be the handyman in my fiancés house. My fiance is out of town and I knew I only had hours to fix it as she is due back tonight. I called for help in a panic and The Plumber was able to come out and help same day! Nate walked me through cutting off the water main until he arrived. Nate arrived very quickly and was done in a couple hours. He shocked me with how reasonable the price was, and let me tell you I was scared because I knew this wasn't just a leaky faucet or stuck toilet. Nate was a friendly, knowledgeable professional throughout the whole process. He calmed me down and provided me with all the answers walking me through each stage as he evaluated and commenced with the repairs. I took before and after pictures so you can see; top quality! I am so so grateful I had to tell someone!

After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

Then the tech "Jayden" could not relight the pilot light as I turned the gas off. The tech was very unsure of what to do. Very inexperienced and not a great technician like I am used to from you guys. So now I still have no hot water after a 500 dollar 15 minute water leak fix. Very disappointed with you guys. I have used your company several times in the past. Next day I went outside and diagnosed the problem of the pilot light. The Pizo snap igniter was shorted out due to the water leaking from the pipe above. I ordered one on Amazon(9.00 bucks) and lit the pilot and the heater works fine. No new 3k water heater needed today! YEA! Before leaving I asked the tech if he turned on the water to the heater now that the leak is fixed----he said yes. Well he outright lied because it was still off after I lit the water heater back off. What a 180 shift from the competent technicians I usually get from these guys. Jaden was more interested in charging me 3k for a water heater and getting out of here as it was 5pm on a Friday. I might add that they have a leak warranty, but in order to get this, they need to perform a "Leak test" What do you know, the tech could not perform one! Shocked. - No warranty for me!
