When I asked how an appointment could have been scheduled if the dentist wasn't even in the office, I was told it was the front desk's mistake. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't the scheduling error. It was how it was handled. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a sincere apology, the office manager immediately became defensive and repeatedly blamed me, claiming they had called me the day before. I never received any call, yet my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. What shocked me most was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. When I finally said I would be finding a new dentist, there was no attempt to resolve the situation, apologize, or even acknowledge the inconvenience they had caused. It was clear they simply did not care about my experience as a patient. Mistakes happen in every office. The true measure of a practice is how they treat people when those mistakes occur.
