Getting my insurance updated on my patient profile should not take forever! They wanted to tell me…read morethey're short staffed. But when I gave the lady my information to get it updated on Friday, she told me it would be done on Monday. In my opinion it should of been done on Friday when I called the 2nd time. First time their system was down. Ok that is completely understanding. But when you already have dental anxiety, you shouldn't have to worry about your paperwork when the system is working. I should not have to keep calling back to see if my paperwork has been done or not. This is Completely unprofessional on their part in my opinion!! So yes. I will a new dentist and never coming back here. My suggestion is if you do go here, to never get new dental insurance or anything that needs to be updated because they're going to take forever to do it. Not patient/customer friendly at all. Not sure what happened but 2 years ago this would not have been an issue.

I have good insurance and it was going to cost me 10,000.00 dollars. WHAT!!! An appointment was scheduled for a week later (today) to have to molars extracted because they were "infected." I have autoimmunes and the office wanted confirmation from my rheumatologist for medical clearance and do I need antibiotics prior to the appointment. Monday, I reached out to my rheumatalogist via email letting her know what was needed and why. She had no problem with talking to the dentist office letting me know what she has relayed to them. I took a day off of work, show up today at scheduled time only to be told the appointment had been cancelled. I was told they called my cell phone and left a long message as to why the appointment was being cancelled-lie. They never called my cell, home, or work number. They stated the reason for cancellation was due to my rheumatologist failing to respond to their messages-lie. I even told the lady how I communicated with my doctor, she stated oh well yes they did correspond that but then blah, blah, blah...lie. I will not endorse a place that will lie and be deceitful to new customers. I was willing to give them a chance based on how the dental hygienist treated me. But I DO NOT recommend them. If you want to be treated disrespectfully and drain your wallet go right ahead.

Good friends, lend me your ears, for I am not one given to flights of fancy. I have long been regarded as a person of sound judgment and steady mind, possessed of an intuition keen as a tempered blade. Therefore, mark my words well when I proclaim that to enter the practice of Dr. Casey Williams is to step into a realm most rare. There, Dr. Williams, together with his faithful attendants, among them Grace, Taff, Delaney, Diane, and several others, along with the gracious ladies of the front office, receive each patient not as a stranger, but as a cherished kin returning home for a Thanksgiving feast. In all my wanderings through this mortal life, I have not found an office so rich in kindness, so abundant in warmth, nor so devoted to the comfort and care of its patients. Shouldst thou seek a dentist worthy of thy trust, do thyself a great service and make haste to this uncommon jewel among practices. I have been a patient of Dr. Williams since the days when his office stood upon NW 23rd Street. Though now he practices in Moore, I shall remain his loyal patient for as long as Providence grants us both residence within this fair metro.
