I should not have to keep calling back to see if my paperwork has been done or not. This is Completely unprofessional on their part in my opinion!! So yes. My suggestion is if you do go here, to never get new dental insurance or anything that needs to be updated because they're going to take forever to do it. Not patient/customer friendly at all. I asked the dentist if she could take that off before braces she said no. um ok. well braces are off and this composite is falling out. guess what I have gaps in my 4 front teeth. I absolutely hate this. after paying 8,000 for braces I get to go pay another 2,000 and hopes a dentist will cosmetically fill the gaps.

I was scheduled for an appointment and then received a call the day of telling me it needed to be rescheduled because my dentist was not working that day. When I asked how an appointment could have been scheduled if the dentist wasn't even in the office, I was told it was the front desk's mistake. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't the scheduling error. It was how it was handled. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a sincere apology, the office manager immediately became defensive and repeatedly blamed me, claiming they had called me the day before. I never received any call, yet my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. What shocked me most was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. When I finally said I would be finding a new dentist, there was no attempt to resolve the situation, apologize, or even acknowledge the inconvenience they had caused. It was clear they simply did not care about my experience as a patient. Mistakes happen in every office. The true measure of a practice is how they treat people when those mistakes occur. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office and have chosen to seek dental care elsewhere.

I have good insurance and it was going to cost me 10,000.00 dollars. WHAT!!! An appointment was scheduled for a week later (today) to have to molars extracted because they were "infected." I have autoimmunes and the office wanted confirmation from my rheumatologist for medical clearance and do I need antibiotics prior to the appointment. Monday, I reached out to my rheumatalogist via email letting her know what was needed and why. She had no problem with talking to the dentist office letting me know what she has relayed to them. I took a day off of work, show up today at scheduled time only to be told the appointment had been cancelled. I was told they called my cell phone and left a long message as to why the appointment was being cancelled-lie. They never called my cell, home, or work number. They stated the reason for cancellation was due to my rheumatologist failing to respond to their messages-lie. I even told the lady how I communicated with my doctor, she stated oh well yes they did correspond that but then blah, blah, blah...lie. I will not endorse a place that will lie and be deceitful to new customers. I was willing to give them a chance based on how the dental hygienist treated me. But I DO NOT recommend them.
